You can pay someone to manage people or you can pay people to manage themselves but both deserve the pay for their work. However, true hard work is taking responsibility for something anyone has the ability todo themselves. In public, safety, is everyone's own responsibility, which includes keeping a clean space. When the front end is slammed and the back end is hussling, I would like a rag in another's own hand next time. Something I learned in the service industry was praise in public, correct in private. Not from here..... Ate here while here..... Don't normally eat Culver's, but it was pretty decent.... No major complaints.... Would come back.... Ate my food, a family with 5 kids sat next to me, so I left.... Kids get on my nerves....

I've left a lot of reviews for all kinds of businesses all over the country. I rarely verbally trash a business just because my fries were not warm. I believe it's too costly to a business that is providing a service and jobs to a local community, especially if that business is individually owned and operated. With that said, it's fair, to be honest. One thing I've never had a Culver's store (any Culver's store) do is offer me my receipt. If you're on a work trip, a receipt is always needed. I also read a lot of reviews for this store complain about, and I observed in person while in the store, food taking longer than expected to arrive at the table. My experience at numerous Culver's in multiple states is that they are prompt on getting food to the table. Outside of that, my experience at this store was good. My burger and fries were hot. The staff was very courteous. For instance, I asked for the ketchup dispenser to be filled, and the young man I asked, who was helping staff the front counter, quickly responded while also training a young lady as to how to do so. Good for him. He did a good job. Overall, I'll be back.

My family and I were stopping by this Culver. We were having a great time until me and my dad decided to just have a conversation with this guy named, Case. (Goated employee btw) we then got free Ice cream!! They even put the ingredients on the soda areas, that's health regulation 101. This is an easy S+ tier
Went thru drive thru and they forgot part of my order. I live 30 miles away and it wasn’t worth the drive back. Very disappointed.

This was my first time at Culver's. This place was clean and nice booths to set in. Service was very good and food was brought to our table without much waiting. As we were leaving it was filling up with customers quickly. No one seemed to mind waiting. The Reuben sandwich was good. The amount of meat was sufficient, not to little and not too much. It was a tasty little sandwich to enjoy. The drink area was neatly maintained. The tables were quickly cleared and cleaned. Lots of room and it was well lit. The parking lot has lots of parking area and it was easy to maneuver parking and it was well maintained.
