I was cut off while ordering and didn’t even get time to fully order because the lady didn’t even bother asking if I needed more time to order.

I don’t know what is going on here at this place but it seems like the A.C. is never running at this location, and the employees are sweating like crazy whenever we come here, especially the hottest of days, and I don’t know how they can work in them conditions. It was the same last year. No wonder employees seem like they never want to be there, I wouldn’t either.

I would have rated it 4☆s, but the single person bathroom (they have two of these) was out of toilet paper when I tried to use it. Luckily, I always check for that first. The staff were nice.

Just YUCK. The remodel is awful. Not sure when it was redone, but fire the person who came up with that plan! The seating area is 1/2 the size as I remember as a kid and young adult growing up in Marshall. Plus, the dining area stunk faintly of sewage - definitely need to get your plumbing addressed. Used the male bathroom and it was way worse (smell-wise). Probably the only DQ I wouldn't re-visit. Can I give atmosphere a zero star? Ice cream was fine - as expected. And the 10+ guys that were in the seating area before we arrived were super kind - offered up their table for our group so I am super appreciative that Minnesota-Nice is still a thing!

Half melted ice cream like every time I go, got the wrong order and even asked for them to change it. Got told “next time” 👎

I understand it being hot out and ice cream melts but you should not receive your ice cream already half melted. My husbands peanut butter parfait was dripping all over our vehicle as soon as the gal handed it to him. When he asked for napkins we received two. That was not enough. Lucky I had a jug of water in the vehicle. My blizzard was half melted and I drank most of it like a drink. The pup cups seemed to be fine though.

I'm writing this here because there's no simple way to inform dq management, and I don't care about a survey for a free dilly bar, but I have to complain somewhere.

One softspoken employee tried her best to take our order, the rest of the girls stood around, looking out at who was in the car, frowning or had their arms crossed.
When the guy in charge had to redo how the order was put in, the girl on headset with the foreign accent said under her breath 'I hate that guy.'
After that, the order was mostly correct, but they gave us a small fry box instead of the fry basket they charged for.

I totally understand having fun at work, but try to keep the topics a little more family friendly.

We were eating here and the employees were talking about doing drugs, cussing and overall just being obnoxious despite kids being present.

Either need more training, or there should be music to drown out the employees talking the way they do.

Watch how much you spend when you are at the checkout they do not put the actual prices of the meals on their board and will tell you not tell you about an up charge if you are offered a drink. Also, the employees are simpletons.

The drive thru cashier had incorrectly taken out order, then gave us 1 ice cream cone that was one "tier" and melting over. 0 similarity to the ice cream cones in my memory of dairy Queen, just sloppy. We were told to pull forward and waited for at least 10 minutes. dude brought our wrong order. My husband asked "oh is that the ***?" And there was a hesitatation before he said "um I don't know, I'll be right back." And runs back and eventually brings us out the right order . Fries cold and soggy.

Vegetarian options: These people were very rude to us, and my sister And I have came here multiple times and we haven’t got our condiments and they have been very rude to us. Overall I do not recommend I never coming back here
