The staff there is usually great. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because I can no longer order a buffalo chicken pizza. I don't want a spicey chicken bacon ranch. Not the same. The store or staff did nothing wrong. It's corporate. But I order there all the time and always get the buffalo chicken. Now I have no reason to go there.

I brought a pizza home and found it very overcooked. The bottom was scorched and the cheese and sauce were very dried out. If this passed Domino's quality check, I'd hate to see the ones that don't. I did call back and they replaced the pizza, but the hassle is frustrating when you're hungry and have to drive there twice. And yes, the second pizza was okay.

Last time I ordered 1 pizza took just over 2 hrs, 2 times before that it took just over 1 hrs. I decided to give them another chance. Same thing sat at window for 5 min and counting (writing review as I wait). 3 employees looked at me and didn't ask if i'd been helped. Just went in instead.

Don't go in paying with more than a $20 because they don't keep enough money in their tills for change.The worker said they have it signed on the outside of the restaurant and inside the store. How does that help when you place an order ONLINE to pick up and it doesn't say anything about only bring exact change or no more than a $20. RIDICULOUS!!
Went in to pay for a $16.31 order with a $50 and left without my food since they didn't have enough in their til. I don't understand how they couldn't grab it from the safe to break it down, but as the worker said it was their policy. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Will never order from Dominos in Marshall MN Again.

Maybe pick up the phone people? I’ve called multiple times and have waited five minutes for someone to pick up and had to hang up eventually. Poor service when it comes to calling them. Oh and so nice you didn’t pick up your staff sucks.

Saw a bunch of negative reviews so I decided to try it out for myself today, and ordered online for pick-up. The pick-up window was convenient, but the wait felt very uncomfortable with the ring camera there and nothing much else to look at for decoration or scenery. After a couple awkard minutes a friendly guy came and gave me my order. The food itself was very well put together, cooked, and cut. It was pricey, but I think I almost (inflation) got what I paid for.

I placed an order for $40 it was marked as received and it never got it. I was told it would be credited back to my account but not that it wouldn't transfer to any Domino's that part was not specified. I'm not from Marshall Minnesota I'm in chanhassen MN. So to my surprise when I try to place an order at Domino's they said it won't transfer over so I called the Marshall location back and they told me that it's been too long so they can't do anything about it. For some people a $40 Domino's order is nothing but for us it was a family treat. The fact that no one told me it won't transfer to any Domino's and said it will just be credited to my Domino's account is very unfortunate as now I'm out the money and can't get the pizza nor them money back . Definitely wouldn't recommend.
