El Rancho Mexican Restaurant has the best location; near southwest Minnesota state university, quick highway access, and is THE hands-down favorite, when it comes to quality/authentic Mexican dining in our community.

I ate there and I payed my bill with my bank card and I left a cash tip. When I checked my statement a few days later the added their own tip to my card!! Not cool!! And not right!!!!
I ordered a “cajun fajita,” which promised crab, scallops and shrimp. I got more vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc) than seafood. Of the seafood, the majority of it, i’d say 80%, was imitation crab. Cut in thick slices, which I didn’t mind. The issue was the ratio. The other 20% consisted of shrimp. Each shrimp was about the size of a dollar coin or a quarter, i wouldn’t call it “jumbo shrimp,” if that is what you’re looking for. Shrimp is not tender, rather...
