Ordered 2 monster burger meal cmbos for 30.00. Got 1 strip of bacon on each sandwich, when it's supposed to come with 4. Cutting costs and taking it out on the consumers

So I’ve loved Hardee’s in Marshall for many years, until the last few years. The place has become very run down and the quality has significantly dropped. Tonight, I tried to go through the drive thru and noticed everything was dark and half the signs were broken (I honestly thought it was closed and started driving out until I noticed that the lobby was open. So, I got out and went inside. The associate said that the light wasn’t working on their sign (not that hard to replace it, and honestly the whole drive thru signage is in shambles).
Well, I really was looking forward to a Frisco burger cuz they’re so good, so I ordered one with curly fries. While serving it, they dropped my sandwich on the floor and he was about to just put it in the bag anyway, until he noticed I saw. Then he decided to ask me if I wanted a new one (any normal person would be upset and request another sandwich, however I was already annoyed and said screw it) so I took it cuz they’re wrapping likely kept it safe and let’s be real, it hit the floor for less than the two second rule lol. He served up my bag and I was good to go, besides over half of the fountain pop system not working, including the ice maker.
Upon finishing my curly fries, or more like bits and pieces of curly fries instead of one full curl (it used to be coiled up fries), I then opened my frisco burger. What I ended up getting was bread that wasn’t even toasted, cheese that was mostly stuck to the wrapper and not even on the burger, no sauce, no tomatoes and one small piece of bacon. Seriously?! Literally every aspect of quality, service, and the rundown atmosphere of the place completely failed my expectations. It seems that it is likely that nobody, not even the franchise manager takes any pride in this place whatsoever. If someone from the corporate office was in my shoes, I would think there would be some serious questions being answered. Like: who asks if you want another burger after you drop it on the floor? lol, don’t you just instantly make another one and offer at least an apology (which I never got lol) unfortunately I was extremely hungry and ate most of it anyway cuz I’ve had a long enough day at work and needed to eat regardless. It was rather disgusting and dry

Parking: Parking lot is very poorly labeled and without any markings

Kid-friendliness: It’s just tables n chairs, nothing exciting

Wheelchair accessibility: Seems appropriate for handicap people, except for the parking aspect

What a treat! The biscuit was shaped like a heart for Valentine's Day--so cute and baked perfectly. Delicious! The sausage gravy was awesome, too, and so hot and steamy. It was just delightful on a -20° morning. Thanks!

It took almost 20 minutes to get our food, the fries were barely salted. The gentleman that was working front was also doing drive thru and there were several of us waiting to order inside. The guy that ordered right after us got his food before us. Then I walk by the gentleman after he brought our tray out and I asked for ketchup, he walked a few more steps, turned to look at me and then walked away. Then we asked again for ketchup and were ignored finally after the third time we were given ketchup. All of this could be avoided if there were more than 2 employees on at any given time.

Traveling through on a road trip today and stopped here for lunch. The staff were very friendly and even brought our food to our table. The restroom was clean along with the whole store. Thank you for a great experience!
