Im not sure how this place has managed to have 4.4 stars.....for lack of better term, I was bamboozled. Im in town for work and thought heck why not, walked in and the place smelt like you could smoke at the bar...that should have been my first red flag. Ordered a platter of BBQ, the brisket was basically boot leather with 0 flavor, the pulled pork was mostly dry with hints of fat, and quite chewy. The sweet potato fries were OK, and the ribs were edible because tney were drenched in bbq sauce and everything overall felt like it was just being reheated in a microwave. I dont know why but after that I still gave the bread pudding a try and my lord when I tell you it was awful I mean im pretty sure the mattress in my hotel would be easier to chew and would have more flavor. It was clearly just cooked frozen and reheated to be served. I would never go back to this place and you shouldn't either.....the food in the gas stations around here is better and its cheaper too. Id give them 1 star but the bartender was nice so they can thank him for the extra star.

Best bbq ribs I’ve had in a very long time. The grilled shrimp in garlic butter sauce was excellent. The garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus were to die for. Even the Caesar salad and dinner bun were excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone. Service was great !

Wow!! 8/13/ one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I have been traveling small town MN for years and this is top 3 experience for steak. My steak was cooked perfectly. medium rare is prolly the hardest steak to nail and the chef cooked it to perfection. Thick cut of meat and seasoned just right. Waitress was really nice and the price was very reasonable for what I got. I will literally stop in this town again solely to eat here.

One thing I can I can tell you the owner is is that the owner is Young and he is associated with The Gambler I don't have any respect for somebody that lies but I really love the food there he's good I would tell everybody to go eat there it great food but but they can do better on their stuff okay we have a lot of issues and problems I mean if you want to make a restaurant better cut down some of the prices but the food is great but dating the owner at the gambler I'm going in business with someone like that I think the owner is down he makes good food but he doesn't make very good opinions he doesn't make very good choices who he hires he's got a good staff people that are over at The hitching Post their food is great I mean staff in the waitresses our friendly nice he gets the food out fast but but the prices could be a little bit less spendy any owner should have a better attitude with his business it can approve a lot more better

The food is good but the service not so much, didn't get our salad or roll we requested and they brought out the wrong potato side, the bartender seemed highly overwhelmed and people were waiting a long time to be greeted by a host that was never around. Not sure we would go back with all the other options in town.

We had reservations for 12:30 and didn’t get seated until almost 1:30 due to a server putting a group at the table that was reserved for us. Apparently the server didn’t know it was reserved. We got absolutely no compensation for their screw up with our reservation. The gratuity was added right into the bill. The whole point of a reservation is so you don’t have to sit and wait a long time to get seated.

I had the pulled pork sandwich. Mine was very fatty and not very warm. Margarita flight was over rated. It tasted like they mixed tequila with cough syrup. I ended up not feeling well after the meal. I will not eat there again.

Had dinner while visiting town. Took a bit for us to get a table. Service was good once we were seated. Tried the chicken breast dinner, pulled pork and steak sandwiches. Food was fine and would recommend them.
