Horrible service! I placed an order and got confirmation of order at 12:08pm. The tracker was not updating, so I called the store for an update at 12:39. They checked with the driver and told me it was on the way. The tracker updated that the order was delivered. I waited another 5 minutes and called back. I was then told my order was delivered, but it was not. I walked around my office building to see if it was put somewhere, and it was nowhere to be found. They then said they could make another order and have it delivered, I asked if there would be a discount since, at this point, my order was placed over an hour ago. I was told they would void my order and issue a credit to my card. I ordered from them BECAUSE they deliver and my car is in the shop. So now I am stuck with no lunch and no ability to get lunch. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service and will not be ordering from Marshall Jimmy John's again.

Ordered delivery today. Took an hour to get it, they made my sandwich wrong and forgot our chips. I called the store. They wanted me to come pick them up. So, I pay a delivery fee AND don't get correct food AND have to drive to get it? No, not how it works. Do better.

Love their fresh sandwiches better than Subway. Never got food poisoning from eating there. Pop is well carbonated, food is fresh. They are mostly super fast with delivery or dine in. Dine in it's kept very clean. Amazing staff at Marshall, MN. Local guide
Usually real good on everything, however it was freaky slow to get out dine in sandwiches. Waited about 15 mins to get the food. Soda ma home had no carbonation, and the mens bathroom needed attention.

Stay away from this place. On 3/25/25 I ordered a #8 a pop and chip. I got food posion from his place. Called the Health department and also a lawyer. Will see you in court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE. They will make you sick.
