Worst service ever. Laura, the manager, was extremely rude. My order was wrong. They required me to go inside to get my order fixed. An additional 20 minutes later, and having to ask the Manager twice to let me, the customer, talk. She repeatedly said that I needed to be clearer when placing my order. Absolutely love this place and all the employees! Ordered in the app and picked up! Yea they forgot a happy meal but I went in quickly and grabbed it! The guy was super nice when I mentioned it and he actually had it in his hand lol but the kids were all happy and so was I!
6/13 waited in drive thru for 15 min. Person that tried to take order had prob w speaking English. Ordered 1 chix nuggets and 1 1/4 pounder no cheese and L Coke w xtra ice. Got the food.....no straw, napkins or sauce and the Coke was diluted from melting ice plus it was only 12 full. Went into store and stood at the counter w other customers trying to fix their orders.
