Saddest place on earth

This McDonald’s location is an absolutely joke and need a week long training session on how to ensure the drive thru bags have everything the customer orders. I don’t remember the last time I went through the drive thru at this location and got all the things I ordered. It really shouldn’t be this hard of a task.

The service here is abysmally slow for anyone not going through the drive thru! I placed a curb side mobile order and waited 20 minutes until I went inside to ask where my order was. I thought the whole point of placing a mobile order was to skip the line, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes until I got my food. There were several other customers who were dining in who had also been waiting 30+ minutes for their food while I watched 20+ cars get shuffled through the drive thru. If you don’t feel like waiting forever to get your food, don’t dine in and go through the drive thru, but even then I still think you would be waiting.

Dirty dining tables and area. Waited 25 minutes for food and still waiting. Employees moving slowly, and not even maintaining fries being down while having a dining room full of waiting customers.
Pitiful.

One of the worst and slowest McDonalds I've ever had to deal with, it's worse than the ones in third world countries are not that slow

Worst service ever. Laura, the manager, was extremely rude. My order was wrong. They required me to go inside to get my order fixed. An additional 20 minutes later, and having to ask the Manager twice to let me, the customer, talk. She repeatedly said that I needed to be clearer when placing my order. I asked what wasn't clear about .... "I would like a #1 with an orange juice, and I have a coupon for a buy one, get one free. I would like McGriddles," I asked how I was supposed to be clearer. She did not answer. And Katie, the drive-thru lady handing out food, should never be talking about customers. McDonald's in Marshall has serious training issues that should be resolved, starting with Laura, the manager. Her lack of customer service skills is clearly impacting her staff and the overall experience for customers. I have already spoken to several individual about my experience and one of them had the same issues they new the exact manager I had the terrible experience with before I even said her name.
