It's not every day someone is willing to go above and beyond. I traveled to De Smet recently, stopping at the Marshall, Minnesota Starbucks. I only stopped to get the Minnesota Been There Series Mug, as I am a collector. They didn't have it, but the manager offered to send it to me when it came in on the trucks 2 days later.I received the mug two days after I paid for it, and the manager communicated with me the while way through.So kind of her to do.

I like their drinks but upset that I can't use coupons that the Starbucks company sends me. Prices are expensive enough, I couldn't even use my birthday coupon there

Really sad that I can not get a small sample of coffee before buying a bag of coffee. While in Japan I can get samples of coffee before buying a bag of coffee, no problem if I want 3 samples of coffee before making up my mind what I want. So sad Starbucks. That’s why I don’t buy coffee here.
