Ordered a modified nachos on the app. Took 3x of us going back in from my truck in complete pain for the order to still be wrong and to be treated badly and to be given dirty looks by the 2 white women at the counter including the manager. as if wanting what I ordered and paid for to be correct was wrong of me. I left the food there. Lost my appetite and am completely appalled by the service. I did not receive a refund. I will not ever return.

I have tried to get cantina tacos multiple times and the first and 3rd they were good, had chicken in them and were filling... i decided to get extra chicken hoping paying 3.18 extra on top of the meal that is ahout 9 dollars before that would mean i actually get meat in my tacos... and no it was even less for 2 tacos (basically just shells) and some chips to pay that much is really frustrating.

I recently visited your drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. The employee who attended to me had a terrible attitude. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in providing good customer service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and really put a damper on my day. I hope you address this issue promptly to ensure better service in the future. It was a young lady with who had brown hair, said her name was Ashley.

The staff seems to have no attention to detail. We order on Door Dash a lot. Every time we order, even if we get it through the drive through, there is always something missing. Tonight our Door Dash order was missing 2 caramel apple empanadas.
This isn’t only a consistent issue with Taco Bell, but almost every single other restaurant.

my boyfriend got a breakfast crunchwrap on 11/10 around 8 am through the drive thru. at 4 am the next day, he was throwing up with terrible stomach cramps and could not keep anything down. we had eaten the same food the day prior, the only difference was the crunchwrap he had. he was sick in bed the entire day, throwing up every hour with diarrhea as well.

Food is good expect the potato soft taco after 10pm kind of goes down hill hard and burnt potatoes. But otherwise pretty good. Last 4 times I went there they messed up my order or I was waiting awhile but they made it right pretty quick. Will continue to go here.
My boyfriend and I went inside and ordered food. He ordered some tacos customized and so did I, just differently. So to whoever labeled each taco with their customizations so I didn’t have to open each taco, you are awesome! Great job yall :)
