We literally waited over 40 minutes to get pretzel sticks and dip and a cheeseburger each that was a regular cheeseburger the two for five there should have been no reason for it to take over 40 minutes on a Friday afternoon at noon. Pretzels were so salty I couldn't even eat it and I love pretzels big time so that would be too salty I don't know The people through the drive-thru were horrible... Never again I used to love eating there I used to eat there every time I went through the town but not anymore

Very nice DQ, had very friendly fast service when I visited on a Wednesday afternoon. I was super happy that they still had the mixing bowl mashup blizzard, which has been sold out at several DQs I visited in the past couple weeks! My husband was not overly pleased with his strawberry cheesecake Blizzard however, because it had only one small chunk of cheesecake. The blizzards were about a dollar cheaper each than at most DQ's we frequent.

Horrible experience. Drive thru we are only ones there. Took 20 mins for a chicken strip basket to come out. Then they forgot something and just went and got it and came back no my mistake sorry or anything. On top of that a chicken strip basket meal is over $12. Seriously messed up place.

One of the greatest dairy queens I've ever gotten to. I've gone to plenty of different dairy queens and we're they so far have had the fastest most delicious hottest freshest food I've ever had. And the ice cream, was it perfect and ridiculously fast

today is July 7th, 2025 at this drive-thru again and it takes for flipping ever so far I've been sitting here for well over 10 minutes, the vehicle that was second in line, right in front of me just drove off and I had been thinking about it and I still am, this is ridiculous a drive-thru should not take soul clipping lawn now I think the people that are at the window might be leaving the brake lights just came on, who knows but a person should not have to sit in the Drive-Thru for 10-15-20 minutes or more it's just ridiculous and the place is not even busy there's like two cars on the other side. I've been coming through here for years on a regular basis and more often than not it's just a horrible horrible weight, something needs to change here there's just no possible way this makes any sense whatsoever. Dairy Queen corporate okay please look into this holy buckets this is just nuts, there is obviously some training that needs to be done or something cuz this is ridiculous. yep the car that's been sitting at the window just drove off without this food
to get food here is such a challenge. spend 10 minutes in the drive-thru once you do make it to the window it's another 10-minute wait cuz even something as simple of a burger could not have been started so it's basically ready by the time you get to the window. I'm not kidding on these times, presently still waiting at the window and it's been 10 minutes. have been through this many times here. they need to get somebody to come in and show them how to streamline their processes so food is flowing out of that kitchen at the rate it should be cuz this is just terrible. people are polite that the process is here are terrible it's just that simple it should not take this long to get a shake or a burger or whatever. You can easily tie up close to a half hour here waiting for food
Employees are smug and lacking all basic customer service skills. Better off going down the road to a different DQ. Asked for a cone and they were completely indifferent when the crooked cone came crashing down. Wound up wearing part of it and they wouldn't do anything except smirk about it.
