I strongly recommend the cooks wearing gloves while handling people's food that is disgusting touching your food with bare hands .. and then wiping your face and scratch your head and wiping your hands on your shirt while cooking is unsanitary and right down disgusting. I usually don't have any problems but tonight I was grossed out. I came home and fed it to my dogs .

They gave me a barbecue chicken strip basket instead of a Parmesan garlic chicken strip basket. I don’t know how you messed it up, but thinking about not going back and on top of it didn’t give me my toast so here I am buttering my toast in my kitchen by myself because they didn’t give me my toast and I’m not very happy about it. I would like a refund. Thank you. And on top of that, they didn’t put ice in my Dr Pepper There’s a really good worker there though she really gives the 10 out of 10 service and this girl that I had today just gave me one and a half star service really

It's so very nice that they employ so many mentally challenged people at this location. But when 9 out of 10 times they give you inaccurate orders, you might want to do something about it!!! I go to this location maybe once a month. And every single time my order is messed up. You pull up to the window and the employees seem like they're in another world! They seem like they're just trying to guess at your order rather than put together what you actually asked for! And to top it off, you have to sit and wait forever to get your messed up order! And they never wear gloves while preparing your food! They handle your money and then prepare your food! Come on people! It's not that difficult!

SUPER SLOW. I get they were probably understaffed (as is many places) but we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru AFTER we ordered. There was a couple vehicles in front of us…. Ice cream was good. Hard to mess that up tho.

Check the food prep! I waited a while for a burger and watched an employee handle food with bare hands. When I called him out on it he slide to the back hallway out of sight. Got a refund. Would have loved to try the food. Wasted 20 minutes.

Employee Kacie was extremely rude. Food was great so whoever was behind the cooking was great! But definitely disappointed with Kacie and her customer service.
