the people here are so sweet! our oneact group came in after our competition, and we were greeted with smiles and kindess! i would recommend coming here rather than any other mcdonalds!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place has gone so downhill I have lived next to this McDonald’s for almost 2 years. Waited over a half an hour in line for me and my family’s meals. They sat there and then my burger was made wrong and we didn’t even get the grinch socks. She admitted that she shouldn’t have even sold it to us. I’m pissed and my family is too. We are all extremely very unhappy and we will be contacting management.

Was just there. No one in line, spent 5 minutes at the front counter, they completely ignored me. Glad I didn't give them any business. I'm done with McDonald's, it's too expensive and their customer care is pretty much non-existent now with only kiosks and barely any employees. Terrible experience.

2 complaints I came for take out 10/19/25 around 10:30 am and i heard a male worker talking non professionally and rude to his coworker and making them feel bad about her self I do not know if it was the manager but i did not felt comfortable ordering food here.
When I grabbed my order he gave me a careless look and just turned around.

I stopped at this McDonald's today to order an egg mcmuffin. I ordered and paid online. I got the the pick up window and no one was there. There was a bag on the counter and someone was running food to a car waiting. I waited, finally the person running food outside came inside and I watched an exchange about which order bag was mine. The girl grabbed the bag that was sitting there and handed it to me. I inquired how long it had been sitting there and was told 'sorry we are busy' I asked if I could get my order re made and was again told 'sorry we are busy'. I was given the worst egg mcmuffin ever. The muffin was not even toasted and the whole sandwich was not even warm. HEY FOOD INSPECTORS! STOP HERE UNANNOUNCED! Manager's you need to train your staff of proper food service technique. My food should have been re made as per my request.
Stop here for a cold breakfast and if you want to visit your dentist for a broken tooth! Drive thru. Three separate days I ordered the #1 for breakfast. My egg McMuffin was cold and the English muffin was hard as a rock all three times. And my hash brown was also cold. I know it’s fast food but it seems like maybe this McDonalds is making a bunch of food ahead of time and then just bagging it when someone orders that item. Extremely disappointing to order breakfast and then to have to throw it away and have to stop and get something else. I like to support the Ronald McDonald House and I used to like the McDonalds breakfast but I’m done throwing my money away at this store. Zero stars.

We stop at many mcDonalds across the country but this Medford mn is the worse one we've been too. No business, I can see why, right off 35 and 5:00. Fries were cold, wrong drinks, not fresh hamburgers. Went up to the counter 3 times before everything was ok . Didn't even say anything about the fries or it would be another 15 min. longer. We will not be stopping at this one again. Sorry.

Drive thru, very disappointing experience today at this location, kind cashier boy who took my money and gave me back the correct charge. But the food, I ordered 2 ranch chicken wraps, that were not only cold but not even crispy like they’ve been sitting in the refrigerator over night I’m just glad my fries were hot as could be however spilled all over the bottom of the bag.Very disappointed in this location and would not recommend.
