Worst pizza and wings I have ever had think twice before coming here

We ordered hometowne pizza for a birthday party and had them delivered it. Pizza was so great and customer service awesome. Highly recommend!

We had an ordering error and I called hoping for someone to listen and help problem-solve. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I first spoke with Anna, and later Greg, and the overall tone felt dismissive and lacking in basic empathy. At no point was I asking for a refund or disputing money, I was simply trying to explain the issue and be heard as a customer. Instead, the interaction was treated defensively, as though I had an ulterior motive.

What stood out most was the lack of respectful communication. Customer service should involve listening, problem-solving, and speaking to customers with basic decency—regardless of background. That piece was missing here.

The food itself is fine, and my children still enjoy Hometown Pizza, which is the only reason we will continue to order occasionally. However, if customer interactions continue like this, I would not choose to dine in or recommend it. Some focused training on empathy, communication, and customer care would go a long way.

Pizza is very bland, very little amount of sauce comes standard and especially very little sauce on the edge pieces. I know for a restaurant getting a bad review is saddening but I had decided to try this restaurant based on the good reviews.

Pizza and wing were good at inside but my God turn your heat on had to eat with our jackets on felt like 40 degrees in there .

My cheese pizza with extra cheese was over done, dry and very disappointing. It was hot but….. The veggie salad was very good, that got the two stars

Awesome pizza joint! Great options and delicious flavors... interior of the restaurant is a bit bland though... my older boys want to come back to do the 30 inch pizza challenge!

I love the 1919 root beer, but I wish it was in a fountain and not just a can.
