On Sunday, 09/07/2025, I had an issue at another Caribou location where my food came out burnt, so I came over to the Clydesdale Marketplace Caribou instead. The staff here completely turned my day around — they were friendly, understanding, and quickly fixed the problem. My order came out fresh and perfect.

Both times I have visited this location, my coffee drinks have been PERFECT! Other locations I've tried, they are good but I still have to doctor it up when I get home. But this location, I have not had to do that. Staff have always been very nice and friendly.

Not to be a complainer but I enjoyed about 4 sips of my beverage before it was gone. Didn't realize I was paying almost $7 + TIP for a cup of ice. Just not worth the money anymore. This happens frequently for me whether I get a cold brew, tea, etc. at this location.

For several months I have been unable to order half-caf brewed coffee from the mobile app. Today we went to the store and I ordered half-caf but they didn't have any decaf brewed, so they offered me half-caf Americano but I asked for brewed half-caf since I rarely get it anymore. They still did not get my order right, they gave me the Americano half-caf. Then 5 minutes later someone brought me out a decaf. So I still did not get a half-caf brewed coffee which used to be my standard order. My biggest complaint though, is that the person who brought my decaf made me feel like I did something wrong.
I am very frustrated with Caribou coffee, I might have to find a new coffee shop.
