I was help this morning by a lovely lady named Jill. She was so energetic and it was nice to see a smiling face earlier than 8 AM. She helped me fiddle with my gift card and was patient with me and appreciate the excellent service. And the drink was delicious as always too. Thank you, Jill!
Highly recommend this Caribou for larger pick up orders! I have ordered here a couple times for work parties and both times they have helped me bring orders to my car which is so helpful!!
Unfortunately, I will not be stopping here again - as this is the 3rd time they made my Mocha like a latte!!!! It is 3 mins to work from the location I stopped at and by the time I got to work there the Milk shrunk down, only half full - just like a latte!!!! You need to educate the staff how to make the different drinks!! I paid $6.18 for half a drink. So NOT worth my money!!! When I've shown this to the staff - I get excesses, indifference and attitude.
