it took 15 minutes go get my value meal in the drive thru with one car ahead of me. I wasnt greeted, I wasnt thanked.
I get that your individual customers dont matter because you have plenty as a whole, but there is definitely room for improvement.
I had a huge breakfast order yesterday morning around 7:15 am and they were super fast and everything was just as I ordered.

McDonald's offers a mixed dining experience. The food can be satisfactory, with food always hot and fresh. The staff is generally friendly, but sometimes there are very few employees here who speak or understand any. Ordering through the mobile app is loved, but wait time is 10+ minutes for mobile pickup almost consistently, and sometimes you have to pull up and wait. There are often mistakes with the order, and sometimes they miss a whole burger. Parking lot space can be challenging, with terrible parking lot design and you have to watch yourself. It's McDonald's, and kids love McDonald's.
