This is my first time here. You can’t even get a water if you aren’t drinking alcohol because you’re the DD. They serve fountain beverages so they have access to water but instead they want you to pay $3.25 for a Costco bottle of water. 🤷🏻♂️
Terrible food
The staff was very helpful and extremely courteous. I would recommend a dinner and concert.
I would also recommend making a reservation for dinner and getting in line early at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before doors open for General Admission tickets if you want to sit down. If it is a sold out concert they may open the door 1/2 hour early.
The facility is fine. The particular show was underwhelming.
Long drive for me but great entertainment
I’ve been to this venue a few times- each year to see Little River Band. I buy tickets for sitting at a table. SO many people stand up in this area! There is a separate area for people who want to stand. If someone stands in the sitting area, the people behind them aren’t able to see.
The security guards try hard to get people to sit. Last night a security guard had to tell the same person 6 times to sit down! This is almost as annoying as the person standing!
I know the security are trying to do their jobs and I appreciate it.
Management needs to state in the terms when a ticket is purchased that tickets for the seating area mean SITTING! No standing allowed out of respect for others. They also need to announce this at the beginning of the show. If anyone has to be told more than once to sit- kick them out! It’s rude and disrespectful- go to the standing area if you can’t follow rules!
The Medina Entertainment Center has been houting our fishing club's annual banquet for several years. They have always provided good service in a comfortable setting. The food has been (in my opinion) a little better than the average banquet fare. It has been at the lower quartile in facility rental fees. All together a good value for a good experience.
1 of the worst concerts i have been to singer so loud kept drinking whiskey!! And had dirty language will not attend any more
Great venue. Friendly helpful staff. The food is amazing.
Love this place -- good view all around, great prices, wish it was closer to us but when the Fab Armadillos play, it's worth the trip!

It's a great place for concerts except for the bathrooms! If you are handicapped and need to use the restroom, they only have one in each set of bathrooms, and if you use a wheelchair, you can just get into the bathroom and try to shut and lock the door. Now you have to try to stand up and turn around to get on the toilet seat! There is no room to do that! They need to find a solution for this problem! ?
Leekthough and I had front row seats to The Who’s Bad Show. Great venue and atmosphere. Loved the show!
The seating is tables and chairs. Good view of the stage and sound. General seating is not recommended if you can get gold or silver. This is a ballroom, so the general seating was original to the sidelines years ago. Good security and well kept. Small inn on site if you choose not to drive.
We hosted our daughter’s ceremony in Medina Entertainment Center (Image Room), and the service and coordination were exceptional. Everything was perfectly planned and executed just as we had requested. The ceremony went smoothly, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. The event coordinator Christy , bar server, and food server all did an outstanding job. We order food from India spice and it was delicious. I would definitely plan my next event here again. Thank you
Band tucked!
