I had to go up quite a few stairs to get to the ballroom where they had the concert. It was quite crowded for the cinderella concert that I enjoyed. For the most part I guess it was a good experience
Love this place! I've seen three concerts here in the past two months and I can see that it is well managed, clean, fairly priced, and welcoming. Great for a family bowling outing. I would not hesitate to hire them to host an event.

It was clean but very warm with all the people. Can’t really help it but maybe instead of just AC they add fans around to circulate the air?
