Shocked at service. Can’t believe no one in Target could help the poor woman who was running solo at Starbucks from 7-8am on a weekday morning. So disappointed. Avoid on a weekday at this time if you’re in a rush.

Staff is very poorly trained relative to other stores.
Consistent mistakes on very simple orders and wildly unprofessional/inappropriate conversations in front of customers. When you are describing the 'wildest night of your life' to your coworker with a child next to me it is more than a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent customer service!!! I received a poorly made drink the other day, and Today the barista made it right. She was the only one working and was handling a lot of guests simultaneously. Additionally, she continuously remember my name throughout the whole interaction and double checked to make sure that the drink was ok. Thanks!

Greedy owners, I have NEVER heard of a star bucks or any restaurant not allowing free drinks for employees during a shift. Wake up. Avoid this place, you are supporting greedy fools.

Just a joke of an establishment. Not a real star bucks, and they treat their baristas horribly. Don’t even allow them to make drinks for themselves anymore. Management is running the place like a bunch of communists.

I come to this Starbucks a lot. Generally I have a pretty good experience here. There was an issue that happened, and Kayla was VERY friendly and helped find a resolution to my issue. Kayla is awesome!
