We were in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes and we were the only car in there, and when they finally gave us our 2 burgers they forgot to gave us our drink and didn’t even put napkins in there and on top of that we had to ask for ketchup, really terrible service

Orders are never correct. Took 2 trips and 30 minutes to get our order correct tonight and it was just 4 small blizzards. Even then it wasn't good. Keep trying thinking things will get better there but the quality here keeps going down
Food was cold along with bun hard as rock took for ever to get the food employees horrible with their job owner needs to update the facility. 35 dollars down the damn drain.
