If I could give this a 0 out of 5 rating I would! Have given this place many '2nd chances' and this was the last! The food tasted like the oil hasn't been changed in weeks, we got 2- 4 piece chicken strip meals and it looked like a children's meal! Lukewarm and the country gravy was like water. And the service...the girl practically shoved our boxes out the window and slammed the window, no smile, and no thank you whatsoever! Think this place needs some training on customer service cause if I ran my business without thinking my customers and smiling I would be ashamed! I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to Sauk Centre as that is by far 100% better!

Stopped in for dinner when on the road with three small kids. Was 5 to 7 and we even doubled checked that the lobby didn’t close at 7 ( the sign outside said it closed at 8). Got the kids in, ordered and was then told that once we got our food we would have to leave. As I told the staff - next time tell me before I ordered we would have promptly left and gone somewhere that would have worked for our family.

Stoped in today for 2 for seven deal and a pup cup. Got good polite and punctual service. Food was delishous and hot (as it should be). Was refreshing after having to toss food from local gas station. Thankyou for always having good quick food and a clean environment. Other local eating establishments could learn by your example.

Walked in at 8 workers were laughing and looking at us funny and after 5 min a lady comes up and says lobby was closed then we went to drive thru and was suppper supper

Stopped here on a road trip. Sure wish I had read the reviews first, maybe we would have avoided this place. The bathroom needed cleaning. The burger tasted like it had been microwaved, and the fries didn't have any taste. The garbages were so dirty you couldn't throw your trash away without getting ketchup or chocolate on your hands. And when I went up to ask for something, the workers ignored me standing there. I will not be back.

Order the blizzard, came with no napkin ice cream dripping all down the side of it, and best part was there was nothing in the ice cream. Vanilla ice cream all the way to the top for seven and a half dollars. At the very absolute top there was a couple pieces of Chex mix. Absolutely no peanut butter. Just vanilla ice cream for 7 and 1/2..

We literally only stop here when it's impossible to go to Albany or Sauk Centre. The food at the Melrose location is microwaved to death and the blizzards have a tiny bit of mix ins and all the ice cream is very runny. If your traveling you are better off waiting until the next DQ!

Actually less than a star. Went in, waited, when they notice we were there, ignored....we left. Won't be.back. this happened on Oct. 9th/22...approx. 7:15pm.
Food was a solid ok but the service was awful, the second I walk in I noticed there was not line so I took the opportunity to get in line. I then waited for 5 minutes before someone decided to take my order as I was waiting one of the workers named Seth was eating food and on his phone completely unaware of the line in front of him. Other than the service the bread was good and the chicken was cooked well

Every time I go here something is wrong with my order and I don't know why I keep coming here. They've missed entire baskets, wrong sized blizzards, and this time my drink was maybe 1/3 filled. Very disappointing.

My heath brownie caramel thing was so good. Every bite has caramel and health. Not one bite of plain soft serve. The pretzels were also so good. Hot and yummy. The queso was also piping and the cup of it full. I was impressed here. So yummy!! Great job to that crew!!

Prices were high and the wait was extensive but the food was atleast fresh and it did hit the spot but the staff was very oblivious to the needs of there customers we were pulled forward without even receiving our drinks or even the offer
