Stumbled into this amazing little find seeking a taco traveling on 94 and discovering so much more from Senor Elote’s menu. The owner stated it was a snack shop not selling tacos, yet between sharing the corn & a sandwich, it was a satisfying, tasty meal. We sampled the homemade beverages & the mango sorbet. We are making this a stop on our trips between the cities and northern MN. Such a gracious owner educating us on the community, the menu & other places to explore in Melrose.
