Loved this small town MN coffee house! I ordered the Golden Light (turmeric) Latte. It was the perfect combination of sweet and medicinal. I'm always happy when smaller coffee places offer dairy free milk alternatives. The service was quick and the baristas were cheerful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Nordic Coffee House to both locals and visitors to Menahga!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free milk alternatives.

Ooooof! I'm not one to leave a poor review, but when you review all stops, they are a must sometimes....We waited 20 minutes for a coffee and smoothie in the drive-thru. I asked what the hold up was after 16 minutes of waiting & was told, "They are coming." My coffee was warm, not hot. My daughter's smoothie was excellent.I'm not sure we will be back.

Unique drinks and friendly service! I got the Scandinavia coffee, which has cardamom, espresso, drip coffee, and cold foam. Really tasty! There’s also a drive-thru, so it’s a convenient spot off the highway. Will definitely be back!

Menahga means "blueberry" in Ojibwe, so it was only fitting that I tried the blueberry grilled cheese. It was on the lunch portion of the menu, but the workers were more than willing to make it for me at 8 am. I'm glad they did because the bacon was cooked perfectly, cheese was melted, and blueberries were just the right amount of sweet. My husband got the BEC (bagel egg and cheese), which he enjoyed, too. Throw in a yummy hot chai, and it was a delicious breakfast. We got ours to go, so we waited in their very welcoming dining space. Service was speedy. On any future visits, we will stop back in!

I have to write this review because I was just beyond impressed with my experience today!I have loved Kahvila since I moved here 2 years ago.. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience, but today was just next level!I ordered a Chai Latte & Breakfast Sandwich in the drive thru- I got my chai and it was… it is without a doubt the most delicious chai I’ve ever had. I have lived all across the US, and have had Thousands.. this one was so perfectly balanced, smooth, warm, spicy, and sweet.. I can’t even do it justice describing.. it was just decadent! The sandwich was just as fantastic! The bread was fluffy, but crispy, the texture was just perfect and it tasted truly delicious. I loved everything! Thank you so much, I can’t wait to come back!

My family loves that this place is open in Menahga.Coffee, pizza, and sandwiches have all been delicious! Breakfast burrito is one of my favorites.It's a cozy little spot and everyone is very friendly. The only thing I wish is that they were open on Sunday!

On average I get coffee and or food from Kahvila atleast 2 X per week. Food and coffee have always been good. Today, I pulled into drive thru, there was a vehicle in front of me, after 15 minutes of waiting to order I decided to park and go inside to order. There were 2 younger girls in line ahead of me waiting to order. We were the only customers in there . The girls ordered 2 drinks, no food, they waited over 20 mins for their drinks. I waited longer than that. Between sitting in drive thru and going inside I waited a total of 40 minutes for my order, which was for 1 cappuccino. I got my drink and politely told the girl behind the counter that I had been waiting 40 minutes , she immediately got defensive and said it wasnt there fault as they were waiting for their 3rd employee to show up. Not once did she apologize, or offer up a coupon for a future order. I told her that having worked in the industry for many years that if a customer tells you that they have been waiting that long that you need to listen and sympathize with the customer. She took no responsibility and not even an apology was given.
