This has got to be the worst subway I have ever been to. Not only do they not train their employees, but they encourage them to steal from customers, and management chooses to look the other way when you say something. They don't care when you let them know the mobile app or the drive through isn't working right.
If it's busy good luck trying to get any customer service, they will ignore you. They don't like giving out receipts so you can't ask for a refund when they don't give you half your food, and good luck finding a phone number that they will answer to, they threw my number in the trash when I went in to have the manager call me.

This has got to be the worst subway on planet Earth. They continue to let me down time and time again. Prime time dinner rush, they had one poor lady working. ONE. There was a line of customers around the restaurant. What kind of manager doesn’t step in and help out when short staffed!? You left her alone to do online orders and in person orders all by herself during RUSH HOUR. Absolute travesty of an establishment. The times I’ve gotten my subs, they’ve been an absolute messy wreck. This location suffers from lack of management and it’s sad! Corporate needs to shut down this building down or seek other management. I’ll never be back, you’ve lost my business!

The poor kid hadn’t even been trained properly and then was left to close by himself it wasn’t the employee who was the problem it was obviously the management who didn’t train the kid n this isn’t the first employee I have encountered at this subway location that didn’t have a clue what they were doing

Made 2 online orders. Had to wait 45 minutes for the first order (3 subs) and one of the subs didn’t have all the toppings. Second online order didn’t go through, apparently. Didn’t bother to make the second order again. Online ordering needs improvements. Disappointing experience.

service was good. the parking was not very crowded. The interior looked great and was very clean. the food was fresh and delicious. we had two meals and we both really enjoyed eating inside and enjoying our meal and the ambience of this dining area.
Vegetarian options: you can order the veggie only.
