Took ten minutes to get my ice cream with only one person infront of me with a small order. They ignored me for the first 5 minutes then chatted with the customer at the register while I waited if they wanted to chat then they should have checked me out first some people have places to be. Staff were kind but very inconsiderate in my opinion.

Amazing service here. I booked this location specifically to cater the dessert for my wedding and out of all our vendors, Tim and crew were the best to work with. They were just stellar from start to finish giving us options, solutions, and working within our budget while still providing a tasty treat during our hot August wedding. Plus, helping us in the aftermath of leftovers. Can not recommend Tim more than 5 stars, but would if could. Thanks for making our big day even better!

Tim, Wayne and the crew from Cold Stone MH provided an extremely special experience at our wedding! We had so much fun making ice cream for each other and our guests continue to tell us how awesome it was to have them there. They were easy (and fun) to work with from start to finish. CHRIS IS AMAZING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I love him everytime I visit I only want him to serve me strictly because he give absolutely the best customer service while serving icecream. He’s so friendly and always happy.

Tim and Wayne from Coldstone Creamery were fantastic to work with! They made our event a huge success with their exceptional service, fun attitudes, and delicious ice cream.
