I have been to this location a few times and have had decent experience in the past. Today, was awful. I did the mobil app drive through order. The cashier handed me my receipt. I said thanks, and to have a great night. He didn't say a word. Just a scowl on his face as if I ruined his day.I had to wait for a while. At no time, did anyone tell me there was a delay in getting my food. When I finally got my food, it was as if it was pulled out of the trash can. The double cheeseburger was completely inedible, and smelled like garbage. The double burger had no toppings on it. Had I not been in a hurry, I would have gone back.

Having a shake or malt means that it is frozen ice cream, the shamrock shake that I had was barely cold, there was zero ice cream in it, I swear it was milk with the Cream De Mint, and speaking of the Cream De Mint, it was not mixed into the cold milk. That was the biggest ripoff, $ 5.00 for a tiny drink of cold milk. Come on McDonald's... I will not try another one at this location.

I did drive up ordered my food when I asked the person for extra ketchup they simply close the window and then oh and I sat there and then he open the window and I said I need to catch up and I had to say it loud because he act like he couldn’t hear me or he couldn’t understand what I was saying, and his response was yell at me again “” The manager came and literally pushed him away from the window and told me to shut up. I don’t know about this McDonald’s. I don’t know if it’s a franchise or corporate, but either it doesn’t need to exist anymore. All I asked was for some catch-up, and I was told Yell again. When I didn’t yell just wanted some catch up and the manager there had to literally push him away. I don’t know if he had a gun on the premises or what, but he was very threatening as if he was going to do something to me. I don’t think I’ll be going to that McDonald’s ever again.

Showed up 10:45p tonight, the lights were on for drive through. We ended up with a line of 3 cars behind me. I drove up and they were just cleaning. One of them just shook his head no at me. At minimum turn off the drive through if you’re not going to be serving anymore.
Decent sausage breakfast biscuit. Tastes good.
