I’m not sure what’s all wrong with this DQ but I don’t understand how the food taste so
Horrible! I can drive to Fosston DQ (20 min drive) and the food is always good. But you eat at Mentor DQ (5 min drive) and the food is nasty. They also always run out of ice cream, how that happens… I’m not even sure! I just know I’d rather drive to Fosston DQ to eat a cheeseburger than eat at this DQ. Why can’t this DQ be as good as the others!? It just really sucks. I’d love to give this DQ more business but each time I give in and try it, it always seems to disappoint. Consistency is key and they just don’t have it.

Weekends one time the owners were there it was great , the second time owners were not there we arrived at 645 pm (closing time is 7) they forced us to take our order to go and we sat outside whiteness’d them turn away 7 vehicles of paying customers before 7:02 PM! Completely unacceptable.

We haven’t eaten at this DQ for several years, but tonight‘s visit was a great disappointment. It used to be run so well years ago when I used to come here with my family. Tonight we ordered meals for 6 people. Before our meals came, the same guy who took our order moments ago brought out our sundaes, and tried to give them to the table next to us. The people at the table said they did not order sundaes, but the server insisted that they ordered them and openly argued with them. Finally, he turned to us and brought the sundaes over to our table. A little bit later he came with our hot meals. We had ordered food for 6 people and were missing 3 fries, a banana and kids milk. When I told the same worker who took our order, he argued with me and the people behind the counter said they had given them to us. I told them that if they didn’t believe me they should come out and look at what was brought to our table. Sadly, they didn’t believed me and came to the table for proof. This reflected badly on them and their customer service. Plus, insulted me and my family. It was terrible that they argued with us and made us feel like we were lying to them. The food was good, that is why they get 1 star, otherwise I would have given them 0.
