Most of us had the special of the day which was a Hot Beef Sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, it was all homemade too! Yum, Yum, yum!!! The cheeseburger was really good too. Very cool, fun, kind of antique/relic hometown bar. I would definitely go back again for sure!
Great bar, outstanding staff, and excellent food/service. My grandparents used to own it, and I would spend many a day/night hanging out and being a kid in a hometown bar. Grandma would make her famous sloppy Joe's in a giant Sunbeam roasster in the morning and sell every one by the end of the evening. It's changed a lot since than and I'd say for the better. Different era of course. No tap beer, which is a bummer, but the costs explain why. Love this place...
