I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant. The birria grilled cheese came highly recommended and did not disappoint! The chips are also like nothing I’ve tasted in a chip before. Crispy and seasoned, and paired so well with queso, garlic aioli, and verde salsas. She told me they have 7 different salsas so I look forward to my next visit.

Absolutely the best! We are lucky to have this gem in our town. If you havent been here, but you are thinking about it, go! Do not hesitate, go! My boyfriend and I choose Taco Terco over and over. Our favorite by far. Everything we have had has been absolutely delicious and amazing! We love the deserts too. Carne asada and tinga are our favorite proteins. I love the chimichanga and bf loves the burrito and street tacos. And the queso is to die for! Definitely get the queso. All of Chef Daniels salsas are wonderful! It's no wonder they have won best in MN! They truly are.

We had Taco Terco cater our daughter's wedding reception. Amazing! Sixty eight served, communication with the team was prompt and the chef himself was involved in the delivery to make sure everything was up to his standards. We were glad to support a local business. They deserve 5 stars.

We ordered chicken, pork, and oriental rice from Taco Terco for our daughter's graduation party. She wanted to do taco bowls and soft shell tacos with all the fixings. We had so many compliments and people telling us we made a great decision in our food. The food was amazing! The catering service of us picking the food up when it was still hot worked so smoothly. They even sent us with their warming boxes to keep the food warm. We then returned them at the end of the party. It worked great as we didn't have to put each tray in an oven or try to keep it all heated throughout the party. People at our party told us they had to keep Taco Terco in mind for their parties. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The service was great, being able to text them was convenient, and the food was awesome. We have leftovers and have been eating every day since. I can never get sick of eating it. Totally would do this again, and recommend. Thank you, Taco Terco!!

We catered Taco Terco for our wedding and they were AMAZING!! The food is absolutely delicious, and they worked with us to accommodate our price range and wishes. They also went above and beyond to communicate with us and made sure we had everything we need. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We visited Taco Terco on Saturday May 24, 2025 with friends. We had heard about Taco Terco from my brother-in-law. Our friends had also heard great things about Terco. We were not disappointed! We ordered two appetizers; birria wontons and chicken nuggets. Both were really good. We each ordered a different entree; chimichanga, birria tacos, Mexican corn bowl, and the birria grilled cheese. We all were very happy with our choices! The flavors were great, and you need to try the variety of sauces. Our server was great! Very knowledgeable, knew the menu, and recommended things for us to try. We finished with an order of the churros! A must if you go! Delicious, and served to us by owner/Chef Daniel. He was very cordial and appreciative of our visit. His wife/owner Cara also came out to see how our visit was. Both are very personable and are very passionate about what they do, and it shows in all aspects of the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the American Legion in Montgomery, MN. The four of us highly recommend Taco Terco to any one who enjoys great Mexican food!

We are regular visitors to Montgomery and discovered this gem on our last trip there. We had several street tacos all different flavors and a mixed bowl that were all wonderful and a great value. Can’t wait to go back.They have several delicious sauces to use on the fare and also for sale there. The Aioli Verde sauce was so good we bought a bottle and have been using it on everything at home.
