GET ?? BETTER ?? SIGNAGE ?? I came in from the east (passing Starbucks) and entered the drive thru line- as one does. Noticed once I was around the curve that there was no order intercom but saw 2 cars being directed to the parking lot to wait so figured maybe theyre taking orders at the window. Waited in line- now locked in line because cars in back of me and curbs stopping one from exiting the line. Once I pulled up I told them I hadn't ordered. The employee said I'd have to wait until the cars in front of me (waiting for their food but parked blocking the only exit) got their food, pull around to order and wait +15 minutes AGAIN. I know the signage isn't the employees fault but all I intended to order was a fry for my 2 y.o.. that can very easily be put in as an order right then and there. There was not ONE sign or arrow or any sort of way one coming from the east would've known their drive thru intercom is at the front of the store.... Not the actual drive thru.

They play country music on the overhead most times I've been there, which is appropriate with the meal there. Mozzarella sticks are always good, marinara sauce isn't always as good as expected. Apple turnover and salted carb cookies are tasty. Can be a bit busy parking lot as Starbucks and Chipotle are next door and people drive through the Arby's lot.

No issues when I've visited, either drive thru or online. When I pick up in store, staff has greeted right away. No complaints
Went there about 10 on a Friday night. The drive thru person has long nails with dirt underneath of them.... very unclean and gross. We ordered 2 turkey bacon ranch sandwiches which took about 10 minutes. As I drove away my spidy senses told me to check the sandwiches, sure thing they were only turkey, lettuce and tomatoes. Waited another ten minutes for the correct sandwiches. I think they are trying to do bad, I can't think of any other reason it took so long and it was wrong

Just want and order some potato cakes while doing some errands. They were so old and luke warm. I'm very bummed out.
About a month ago I purchased a burger here in Moorhead and it was great. Today I had a burger at the drive thru and the meat tasted warmed up, not freshly made. It was awful!!

This was the worst service EVER the lady in the drive through was so rude I can't believe the way she talked to me. Then to top it off we got about 1/2 order of fries and they were cold. Never ever will we go there again!
