This is not a negative on the staff at the Moorehead location. But my last three purchases have just been terrible. My most recent one was horrible. The wings tasted like beef jerky and the sauce was dry. How does this food even go out? You pay $25 $30 per person for something you get in a Mexican restaurant that's higher quality and MUCH LESS expensive. Very frustrating.

Noise levels more reasonable than other bbw's. Lots of TV's . Good service. Wings are good. We stopped in on a Thursday for a boneless wing special so cost was reasonable.

Parking: Handicap, parking sucks… They couldn’t put it farther away from the door if they tried and up a steep hill!
Wheelchair accessibility: Plan on a steep incline to get to the front door if you park in handicapped… You’ll be better off to wait for a spot in the regular parking area which is much closer and much more level…

Ordered delivery tonight and some chicken was missing from one of our 10pc boneless wings and we got the house sampler the boneless chicken was missing from that to and on the nachos there was no meat. The only thing correct was the sauces. In addition very messy presentation.

I ordered wings with the sauce on the side and potato wedges, I picked up my order brought it home and the sauce was on the wings, which isn’t a huge deal, but I did not get my wedges. I should have checked my order, but I already waited an extra 15 minutes.

Our food was all cold when got it, our appetizer which was the sampler and both our sets of wings. The appetizer didn’t take too long to come out but our wings did take awhile. We went there on New Year’s Eve around 7 and it wasn’t busy, they did seem to have a lot of to go orders. I was bummed the food was all cooled off by time it arrived at our table.

Ordered food for pickup. Sat at the bar while we waited. When I asked if they had a specific type of beverage, the bartender laughed and stated no, which was extremely rude. Our food was also 20 minutes late from what the time frame said on the website when we ordered. I like the food here. The staff and service could use a little fine tuning.
