This location runs a drive thru scam that makes you think they're not busy, then has you waiting 20 minutes for your hamburger in the parking lot with the other rubes who thought the same thing.

Incompetence at it’s finest! Ordered a whopper with cheese meal but instead got a burger with lettuce and that’s it no ketchup no mail no pickles no tomato and certainly no cheese! I called nobody picked up. I want a refund. It’s not even edible.

Went through the drive-thru this afternoon. It was pretty busy. Ordered my fave a Whopper with cheese. Skyler took my order. It was quick and delicious and I still had 20 minutes to myself on my lunch break. Can't complain. Love this place. It's nice to see familiar faces and consistent staff that knows what I like and gets it to me quick and right.

2024 review edit: somehow this location could get worse. Wait time is ridiculously long. It’s almost like they’re only cooking one order at a time, and each order takes 3-5 minutes. If you’re 3-4 cars deep in the drive thru, expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes.

I love Burger King, but the stuff they say about consistency between stores is true. This location is a good example. From some reason whatever food items I get from here -- whether it's fries, chicken sandwich, or Whopper -- they just don't taste as good as their counterparts from other locations. Maybe they have been sitting in the warmer for a while, I'm not sure but they can improve.

This is second time one of the manager for Moorhead Burger King, where customer asked what does change for prize since last week but she talk to the customer unprofessional and impolite so even if your customer not happy . you have to know who to calm and satisfy them because without customer the company will not survive.

My family dining in, but there's no one there to take out order after we waited about 30 minutes. The guy was there taking orders from drive through people's. But did not even acknowledged us. I would call ed it bad services. No wonder Burger Kings been struggled for years. I would avoid that particular BK.
