I was really disappointed with my visit. The burger had a spongy texture, was overly greasy, and wasn’t very warm. The bun was soggy as well, which made it really unappetizing — I couldn’t even finish it. I also received the wrong order; I asked for a plain cheeseburger and a large fry, but it came with all the toppings and a small fry instead. For $14, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.

I'm here right now at the Moorhead burger time and waited over 15 minutes for anyone to come to the window called 3 times and when the female finally answered I told her that me and my husband have been standing out here waiting for 10 minutes to order food and her reply was huh ten minutes for what .. then all of a sudden her and the make employee popped there heads up out of the back at the same time ...and came to the window ...so really shitty service....not amused at all by the experience

13 bucks for a fake Walmart burger? Idk when they switched but if you're after an authentic real beef patty this place is not it!!!! And the bun was so soggy from whatever vile liquid they cooked it in. I used 7 napkins for half the sandwich.

Food was terrible, mainly in part to the meat no longer being real beef patties like they used to use...plus they're super spendy for each of their combos now too-considering the fact that they're using cheaper meat patties for their burgers now... Very sad, and disappointing. BurgerTime has definitely dropped the ball this time, I won't be going back for a repeat of that meat...

4 times I went there in a month same old burger and fries thick full of grease I can drain it out and use it for own deep frying at home so I don't got to the Family Fare !! Did the burger patties have gotten smaller as well... expensive..holy buckets !! What happened?? Crappy cooks I guess?

Burger Time used to have my favorite burger in Fargo-Moorhead. It seems as though they have changed suppliers, or a different variation of hamburger from the same supplier. Whatever the answer is, their burgers are no longer very good, and simply kind of gross. It's too bad.

We love ❤️ Burger Time! Since the Detroit Lakes one closed years ago, the only time we get it is if we go to Fargo (maybe twice a year). Sooo good 🤤 and the customer service was awesome!
