Place is an absolute DUMP! Drive thru sign lights burnt out, no sign anywhere of the daily special in drive-thru, 50 CENT upcharge for drive thru!! Didn't even get fries w/ the combo-had to turn around & stand outside with guessing on which window they come to ANYWAYS!
I have been going there for years , they have never disappointed. Keep up the great work guys.

9/11/24 12:00 I ordered a #3 meal, double the meat. I paid 16.80$ & received a normal burger, I tried to call, but no answer & the mailbox is full. I usually never complain because I’ve been on that side of the food industry, but I can’t justify 17$ for a regular burger combo.
Been going here for 30 years. I loved this place. The service and food was awesome. Neighbors and I have experienced growing errors in our orders, coupled with lack luster service. This stuff happens, but is poorly handled when returned. Check you order before you leave. We've been going to Mick's Office. One day I will try again.

All the way from Missouri, this place is awesome. Definitely a must stop place. Should have taken a picture but it was too late I ate it.

Horrible service, was in town for a family gathering and decided to have some classic great food so stopped by. Went to order and the gal that was working the window was very short and unhelpful, went to pay and she kept swiping my card and saying it was not working so she tried 3 times and then we ended up using another card and was charged 31.67 4 times. As I don't live there anymore I've tried calling and no luck. Was not even worth original amount let alone $120. Buns were soggy and fried were cold and hard, deff not visiting there again.
Got the Bigger burger combo and cheese curds on the side. The first bites of the cheese curds are amazing. Fries are nice and soft. And the burger has good toppings. And the service was great. Will be back
Service at window was great but asked for no tomatoes and onions. Barely any toppings on the burger. Asked for chicken strips separately from burger combo and didn’t get fries with the meal.

I enjoy coming to Burger Time. It is more affordable than McDonald's or Burger King. The quality is as good or better than Burger King. They give you a good portion of fries which are generally served fresh and hot. Burger Time has daily specials. Today I got the Mushroom Swiss Burger which I have to admit was a bit dry and lacking mushrooms. I enjoy a sloppy messy Mushroom Swiss Burger this was not up to what I like. It was not horrible though. I normally order the Bigger Burger. It is generally good but they could add a bit more lettuce. They often skimp on that.
There is no indoor seating at Burger Time but they do have a few picnic tables outdoors that are great to sit at in the summer. There is no shade so during the day you will be in the sun.
You have a choice of drive thru or you can order at the front window if you don't mind standing outside.
I debated with giving them three or four stars. I gave them four because I don't recall having a bad experience here unlike many other fast food restaurants.
