“I’ve been coming to KFC in Moorhead off 8th st since I was a child. (So For about 20 years.) I hadn’t been there for a couple years but I just went there on Friday, November 22nd around 7:00pm & WOW I was impressed! The younger guy with dark hair & facial hair working the till that night truly went above & beyond. I haven’t seen exceptional customer service like that in a long time. He should be proud of himself! He really made a positive impact on me & my mom & dad that night. We all commented on how kind he was! The restaurant has also improved a lot. It was very clean & the food was fantastic as always. I love that KFC has not changed their food & recipe’s at all since I was a kid. Everything still tastes the exact same. 10/10 dining experience. I will definitely be back for dine in again soon because of that employee!“

“i love the quality of food! crisp, cheesy, delicious. i wish the store was slightly bigger. the lobby is small, only 2 or 3 people can be in the lobby comfortably. other than that the general manager is very nice and understanding with her customers! great place“

“thank you for makeing things right i really missed the brownies i ordered cause of the limited time sale of $5 but the pizza was nice and hot but those brownies i had the craveing for was on the first order that got messed up on i never had any problem before you all make the best brownies the only thing i sad about not getting looked forward to them for a late nite snack :( i think i should be able to get the brownies i ordered and people should take the time to listen to the adress better you all delievered to this apartment building a lot“

“We ordered take out because I'm not a huge fan of the bar scene. They have plenty of seating for dinners, but I haven't sat to eat here yet. I swung in for a salad and my husband got their burger basket. Everything was delicious and they were happy to give us some ketchup in a to go container. They were even kind enough to bag our meals separately so that the heat from my husband's didn't wilt my salad.“

“Easy to use online ordering, fast preparation. The store was very clean with sodas, cookies, etc. well stocked. Pizza was ready right on time for pickup. Staff was friendly. Food reminded me of what you would get at a bowling alley in a small town in Minnesota in the 1990s but better. The pull tabs are a cute touch.“
