Will never be back. Had an online order and received a bag full of napkins and utensils and no food. Didn’t realize until I drove 30 minutes home. Called and they told me very rudely that they wouldn’t give me the food I ordered or a refund. Insane. Luckily I called corporate and they refunded the charge and I filed a formal complaint. Wish I read the reviews before coming here, it is awful and the employee on the phone was extremely rude.

Dirtiest Chipotle in town. No rice, of either kind. Poor guy in front of me bowls were maybe a quarter full when done. Employees just stand around, maybe try making food. This was my 3rd and last time with this Chipotle. Considering reviews, the owners need to step in and do something.

Wonderful staff took the time to wash hand, keep the plate up, change serving utensils for my gluten free bowl. I was so grateful and thankful.

This is the only passable Chipotle in the area. The other three are HOT GARBAGE. I travel the country for work and almost solely eat at chipotles, and the other three locations are honestly the worst 3 I’ve ever been too. This one, however has nice employee’s, is clean and well kept, and has everything in stock. The exact opposite is true for the other spots.

This Chipotle has a few notable features. First, I do appreciate the location. I must say, something impressive about this Chipotle is how consistent they are at making online orders completely wrong. If this was one instance, no biggie, accidents happen. Somehow, this is just about every time I go to this Chipotle. I can't have dairy, so I often order my burrito without cheese. Apparently this is just a suggestion to them because I frequently receive cheese. Guacamole is often forgotten, which would be fine if it were free, but it's about $2.95. Pop orders are often wrong. I see how you could confuse Diet Coke and Root Beer if you didn't look at the fountain at all, closed your eyes, and hoped for the best. I've also been given my pop in a water cup, notably smaller than the fountain drink cups. Most recently I ordered with my boyfriend. A sofritas bowl, chips, and a steak burrito We picked up in the Chipotlane. My boyfriend noted that the chips were missing, went back in, and asked for the chips, clearly labeled and on the shelf. Upon arriving home, we noticed how small the steak burrito was. Curious, we opened it to discover that the burrito simply contained rice. Nothing else. After driving back, we did receive the proper burrito. The manager was very kind and helpful, the rest of the service left something to be desired, like steak for example. Perhaps reading comprehension is a challenge for those preparing the orders, if so, accommodations may need to be put in place so this doesn't continue happening. Visual recipes? Orders read allowed? Someone overseeing? Repeated training? Hard to say what the solution is, but hopefully this Chipotle will work on their ability to fill order accurately. In the meantime, I may just make a longer commute to a separate Chipotle.

P.S.
The helpline is absolutely useless. After asking the cheerful robot to speak to a human, I just kept getting offered beans.

The restaurant was very clean and the staff was no friendly but they were professional.

I had chicken, white rice and black beans, etc. The food seemed a bit underseasond.

I'm not closing the door on Chipotle but it will be a while before I return.

Another place not concerned about all their customers. Once again door dash order not ready. No one making the order & was told would not be started for 5 minutes... no explanation was given as to why order would not be started for 5 minutes. Then I have to train your employees how to hand out a delivery order. You don't unwrap the straw & put it in the drink. Even if it was my drink... why would you unwrap my straw & put it in the drink. I appreciate the extra effort but it in my mind was the wrong kind of effort. Put the straw in the bag!!! Give explanation when there is a wait... otherwise I assume your are lazy and possibly just rude.

There were plenty of people on the pay roll (10 +) but no real motivation from the counter staff to take orders or service the costumers. After watching the 1st customer (10 to 15 minutes) getting blown off, I decided to go elsewhere for dinner.

Absolutely unprofessional! I have ordered here a few times. Loud rap music was playing. Employees were rude as hell! Asking for the smallest change to an order was met with a poor attitude. Honestly I just stopped eating there. Yes I like the food, but it's not worth the price or the hassle. Hopefully this helps you decide to go somewhere else.
