Sat in a long, slowly moving line. Didn't think much of it, 7 pm is a fairly busy time. But the girl taking orders was short with me and seemed rushed. Paid for a 6 piece chicken basket and got all the way home before realizing they gave me a 4 piece. So extremely disappointed!
I have been getting cakes from DQ for my boys birthdays, Christmas, Super Bowl parties etc. Granted they were all from Oak Creek WI DQ. I live in Pennsylvania and my son lives in Moorhead MN for college. Today is his 21st birthday and I ordered a cake for him last week to pick up today. He sent me a picture and I was shocked and disappointed. It looks like a 2 year old scribbled on it. It should never have been given to a customer. I called the manager and she basically was useless....read full review
Go to this Dairy Queen if you want a soupy blizzard with no candy in it, you’ll really get your money’s worth!....Two weekends in a row it’s happened now, I have paid over $6 twice for a cup of ice cream with if i’m lucky 3-4 pieces of candy in it, if I wanted a cup of just ice cream I would have ordered that.

Dairy Queen (Treat) is a charming roadside spot with delicious original sandwiches and amazing ice cream. The staff is friendly and engaging, making the experience enjoyable. This DQ is historic, one of the oldest ones in the States, opened in 1949. The giant Dilly Bar is a must-see attraction, and the menu offers a variety of yummy selections, including old school menu items like hot dogs and bbqs, and things you can't find anywhere else, like a monkey tail. Quick service and a nostalgic atmosphere make it a perfect stop for ice cream treats and more. This location has patio seating outside and offers curbside pickup. The store is open seasonally from March 1st through October 31st, closed on Easter Sunday and July 4th, and open from 10 am till 10 pm during this period.
