Shoutout to this DQ for redefining the chili dog. The chili bravely blurred the line between Kitchen Nightmares and diaper disaster. A drive-thru item so bold it may get its own FDA investigation.
Paired with the 15-minute wait, who knew a fast-food place could make me nostalgic for gas station food.
On the bright side, the rest of the food was decent.

Waited 30 minutes for melted blizzard and watched people get their larger orders before me that ordered after me
Dirty lobby with overflowing trash cans. Watched an employee who looked unwashed (and smelt bad when they took my order) touch a customers fries with their bare hands to test the temperature of a very late order. I got my blizzard and it tasted good along with the fried. A few hours later my stomach hurt like I had been punched and I threw up the food and immediately felt better.
I would never eat here again and I do not recommended anyone does. I also recommend that employees practice basic hygiene. Waste of my money, time, and made me vomit.

Kids working just stared at us. Did not come and take our order. They just did not care at all.

Their service is terrible. Don’t go anywhere remotely close to their close time because their doors won’t be open and their service is non existent. I went to go inside at 8:45 and their doors were locked; and they close at 9. Went to the drive through just to sit for 5 minutes before someone even spoke to take my order. They are so slow and their hospitality is subpar at best. But the nondairy dilly bars are great! I felt bad because one guy was doing all the work while the others sat on their phones.

I was at this DQ two days ago and was waited on by a young man named Alex. He did a great job and made sure we had a good experience. The other staff were also very good and accommodating. The eating area could have been a little cleaner but will still come here again.

Asked multiple times to make sure the right ingredients were in my blizzards. They made me feel crazy by giving me strange looks and claiming I didn’t need to add graham base to my blizzard cause it was in there already. It in fact was not (like I had said multiple times) and I wasted my time and money.

Went thru drive thru. Took a long time. Possibly new help. Small servings for our blizzards. Probably won't go back.

Blizzards are always a winner! Was craving one, so while in MN, had to stop. Only 1 person at counter, semi busy, should have been 2, but I know it's difficult to find good help. Associate who made our blizzards was relatively fast and did the required tip upside-down. Not the cleanest dairy queen, not well kept, but it was OK.

Cashier was very rude. I went to the counter the cashier looked at me and then turned around and walked away and didn't return to the front until I walked away. Food was good

I asked for extra Oreo in my small blizzard and they delivered. It was probably the best loaded Oreo blizzard I’ve had. They deserve raises.
