Order was incorrect and incomplete. When I contacted them to make it right they offered a coupon, not a refund for items not delivered.

I’ve been to a lot of places and had dominos but this is by far the worst I’ve ever had. We ordered a few pizzas and pasta and it was awful. I could have ordered from Walmart and gotten a better outcome

Made order 25 miles away had to wait about 10 minutes after I got there then they didnt give me any of the sauces I ordered had to wait in line for another 15 minutes tell I had to holler for someone walking past to give me the rest of my order. Food was good service was not good at all

20 minutes on hold to find out where a pizza ordered an hour and a half ago is, only to be hung up on because I was told 40 minutes upon ordering and the tracker sat on 'quality checking' for over an hour. If you have all night and dont want customer service or fast pizza, feel free to order. Pizza is warm on delivery, not hot.

My husband placed an order of pizzas and wings today for our kids after a long day of work & driving an hour away from home just to Try to get home and enjoy a nice meal with our family. Unfortunately thanks to the staff and employees things didn't go as planned. This guy that assisted my husband told him 30 minutes max for our order to be ready and waited 30 minutes outside in our truck just to go back in after that and still not have our order ready yet. Apparently they were more worried about getting deliveries orders first than any other orders in line. My husband tried to make our kids day with the pizza they had asked for and had to walk out pissed off due to waiting over an hour and half and still couldn't get our order straight. Never again will I ever step foot in that pathetic place.

They normally do a good job when not busy. We placed an order online during a very busy time. We arrived a few minutes before it's automated alert system said it would be ready. I paid for the order and was told it was in the oven. Waited 30 minutes when another employee asked my name and five others our name while he started handing orders out. The original employee came back and said they would have to make one of the items as it is missing. I asked for a refund and they were not able to give a refund receipt. It is unfortunate that they operated so disorganized and performed so poorly.

Ordered a large pepperoni barely any pepperoni on it and it was soggy and greasy. I order from the Domino's on University all the time and it's good. This one was definitely lacking.
