Seriously never have an issue with the food or service! It always comes to my door so quickly! Always hot and fresh and never any mistakes! I don't even consider ordering from anywhere else for pizza!

Last night, I arrived at domino's around 12 A.M. for my carryout order. Though when I walked in, there was a lady yelling profanities at one of the workers and screaming through the entire store, which was handled very well by the lady behind the counter. Other than that, I've never had a bad experience at this Domino's! My favorite pizza place with great service and as always has a great atmosphere!

šŸ›‘ PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT šŸ›‘ I don’t usually do this, but I need to share my experience with Domino’s Pizza in Moorhead, MN (935 37th Ave S). On May 24th, I placed a delivery order around 9:57 PM. At 11:12 PM, I got an email saying my food was delivered… but nothing was at my door. I searched the hallways and outside. Nothing. I called the store around 11:34 PM and was told someone in the building (Apt 101) got my food. I confirmed with my neighbor that he didn’t have it. I then offered to drive to the store to pick up a remake. Y’all… when I got there, the manager accused me of lying, refused to remake my food unless I showed Ring footage, and treated me like I was trying to scam them—AFTER I had already paid in full with a tip. I had my two boys in the car, one of whom is autistic and only eats certain foods like pizza. We waited for hours for nothing. And the kicker? When I got back home, the Domino’s driver was outside. I asked him directly if he delivered to my apartment. He said, ā€œNo.ā€ That means I had been telling the truth the entire time. Even after that, the manager refused to give me the corporate number, threatened to call the police on me, and spoke to me like I was less than. I left that store feeling disrespected, dismissed, and discriminated against. I’m not one to ā€œpull the race card,ā€ but this experience felt racial. It felt like my money was good enough, but I wasn’t. And that’s not something I’m going to stay silent about. I’ve already filed complaints with Domino’s Corporate and the Better Business Bureau, and I’ll be warning every friend and family member: āš ļø DO NOT ORDER FROM THAT LOCATION. āš ļø We deserve better service, better treatment, and basic human decency. #AccountabilityMatters #CustomerServiceMatters #StandUpForWhatYouDeserve

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an online delivery order with this Domino’s on 5/24/25 at 9:57 PM. At 11:12 PM, I received an email saying my food had been delivered—but nothing was ever brought to my door. I searched my building, called the store, and was told someone from a different apartment had mistakenly received it. I confirmed with that neighbor they didn’t have it and offered to come in and pick up a new order.

When I arrived, I was met with rudeness and accused of lying. The manager refused to remake my food unless I showed her my Ring doorbell footage. I explained I had two children in the car—one of them autistic—and they had been waiting over 2 hours to eat. The delivery driver later confirmed to me directly that he never delivered my food at all, proving I was telling the truth.

I was denied the corporate number, threatened with the police, and left feeling completely disrespected and discriminated against. I’m not one to pull the race card—but that’s exactly what this felt like. My money was accepted, but I wasn’t.

Avoid this location at all costs. I’ve never felt so humiliated as a paying customer.

If you go here make sure that you check your food. The last two times my order was wrong and I could not eat my pizza the last time that I went here because they put in ingredient on to my pizza that I hate. They also only put one piece of spinach on a pizza that I wanted spinach on and no extra black olives.

The other time they did not add bell peppers and tomatoes to my order.

Saw the delivery guy on my camera carelessly handling my order. He stares at my house like he knew what he did. Drivers name was Nathan. If you end up getting that dude delivering your pizza, good luck. Btw domino's doesn't refund either. They only give you a % credit on your next order from that store. Ridiculous if you ask me.

Every time I try to order online there is an issue with this location. For a long time now they have not offered delivery through the app. Picked up a pizza instead and it was undercooked. Honestly just a bad location with not very good management.

Dominos website says they season the hand tossed pizzas with garlic oil and seasoning but my pizza crust was barren. I went up and asked if they as a company stopped doing it and the employee said its only for thin crust. The dominos website says its for handtossed too. The employee was nice enough to give me a cup of garlic butter (is that what they put on the crust?) free of charge, but I really just wanted my crust seasoned like it's supposed to be.
