Went to this Hardee's at 7pm, everything indicated they closed at 10pm. The lobby was closed 2 hours early despite seeing at least 3 workers through the window. They didn't have largely advertised menu items and a sign saying closing at 8 with no apparent reason. They were very slow and our order was incomplete on acceptance and had to go around again and wait in line again to get the rest of our order. They didn't ask what kind of fries we wanted which in scale is a small issue but everything together made a not great experience. The only reason we gave 2 not one star is the one employee who helped us at the window our second time around was very nice and got us our missing items quickly, unfortunately no one had name tags so I can't even give proper recognition. Overall this experience was sub expectation.

My wife and I ordered Hardee's through DoorDash. She got a Double Big Cheeseburger (plain), I ordered a Monster Burger. We each got a large fry. When the order arrived it was missing the Monster Burger, the Double Burger was a single and the two large fries were two large containers that weren't even half full. Definitely not worth the $30 we paid. Tried calling the store to see if we could at least get the rest of our order, I was even willing to drive there to get it. However when I called the number on receipt and the website, the phone rang several times then asked for a secure code. Guess they don't answer their phone. it has been several weeks since this review. followed the instructions from the owner, answered a few questions and submitted my responses, and just like i thought... nothing, no response. basically they have you fill this out to shut you up. Do better "owner" take pride in your restaurant. instead of just cashing a paycheck.

This place is so filthy. They aren’t wearing gloves or washing hands. Windows, sink in bathroom, and toilets are gross. Really has gone down hill since the new owners!

It's normally the best location to go to...the curly fries aren't hard and greasy, nor barely filled. However, this is the 2nd time my sandwich was cold in the middle (hot ham). With costs so high, I want what I pay for, and it's not a cold ham and cheese.

My buddy Tried to order a #1 and they didn't want to add ketchup to it. I ordered a hand breaded chicken blt and they didn't put the chicken on the sandwich.... just lettuce, tomato, and two little strips of bacon. Of course I was back on the interstate before I realized this.

The worst service ever!!! Never order online or delivery they put your order priority last. I make deliveries from here all the time and they push out drive threw and lobby then start working on online and delivery's. Every order will be 45+min wait!!!

Absolute embarrassment. Waited no joke 50 minutes to get a Nashville hot chicken sandwich because they couldn't get it right the first time. Just to have them pour a bunch of buffalo rub on top of mayo! And not to mention they forgot the pickles. What a joke. If you can't handle working at a fast food restaurant then good luck in life. Waste of money and I will never go to Hardee's again.

The person taking orders thru the drive thru was rather short(and that's putting it nicely). I at least got what I ordered this time. Sometimes you don't get your sauce with the chicken strips .
