I will never go to this location again the lady that answered the phone cussed me and when I asked for the manager she said they weren’t there then I asked for their name and she hung up on me!! What kind of customer service is that!!!! So when the manager sees this I need a response because she doesn’t need to be employed there anymore!! Posted a picture of my sub that was supposed to have extra meat on it!! Meat doesn’t even fill the roll!!! Very very unprofessional!!!

Ordered a few times, the manager is too cutthroat for the job, first time ordered a sub to split with the misses, specifically so she could get the sub she wanted and I literally just asked for less veggies cuz she likes onions and I can't stand them, because we got different veggies - we were charged for 2 regulars instead of one giant like I requested from the beginning, an extra 4-5 dollars because I wanted less veggies on half. The next time I ordered extra pepperoni on mine, looked like the normal amount so I asked for the the extra charge to be removed, the manager told me there was an extra 60% more pepperoni than usual an insisted the extra charge was accurate. Will NOT be coming back. Every little extra must be hitting this manager's bonus cuz wow, the level of stinginess

Food tastes very good as usual but want very happy with the customer service, it was taking forever for them to make my subs and after waiting for about 20 minutes I just asked one of the workers if they were making my sub, just wanted to make sure they hadn’t messed up and given it to someone else as that happens sometimes and then this worker by the name of Andrea (who I hear is head manager) rudely yelled at me and said “it’s coming!! We have a lot of hot subs to make today!!” In a tone like it was such a bother. I only asked once, I would understand getting annoyed if a customer kept asking over and over if their food was ready but I just asked once and that’s not very good customer service skills to talk down to a customer like that so yeah, not very happy about that, food is great and the rest of the employees were pleasant just need to teach some of the employees better customer service skills

Usually I love Jersey mikes but not here, 1 star, workers were taking orders from walk ins before online orders including myself I had to wait 45-60 minutes for a 15min/ASAP pickup order. My wife’s wrap she got had a couple jalapeño slices in it that was not supposed to be in there. That was unpleasant since she can’t handle spice very well. Also it was really messy behind the counter which is more understandable but still I mean it was chaos in there probably 10 people standing around waiting for there orders. No exaggeration.

This Jersey Mike's was nice enough to cook the deli meat for me (pregnant and CRAVING it bad). The store was very clean, staff was friendly and they asked no questions when i requested the deli meat be cooked 💕 appreciate you guys!!

I had an unpleasant experience at Jersey Mike's Sub in Moorhead, Minnesota, on March 1, 2025, around 5:40 PM. My mom was still deciding on her order when a female employee became impatient and tried to rush her, being quite rude in the process. When my mom tried to pay with her card, the system was having issues, causing a delay. Despite the fact that my mom was trying to be patient, the employee gave her an annoyed stare instead of waiting politely, which only made the situation more uncomfortable. To top it off, my mom even tipped the employee, but the rudeness remained. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service, and I hope this issue is addressed to ensure future customers are treated with more respect.

The lady in the counter is so rude… she wants me to be in a hurry ..I am a first time buyer and having a hardtime to chose… very rude, 5:43 pm March 1… dont knw the name.. why they don’t have a badge to show there name? Food is great though

Every staff person I met was so nice! My husband says the food is better than Subway. :) Love the soda selections, and the decor / music makes it fun to have a seat and eat.

Went here this past Tuesday around lunch time. The establishment reminded me of a basic fast food sandwich shop. The person who helped us was so polite and friendly. The food was ok.
