I don't understand how doordash appears to be bumped to back of line? I understand when there's a busy line, can give benefit of the doubt even though I suspect it happens but today I walk in they are finishing up one customer they acknowledge I'm there for a DD and while I'm waiting 10 mins others come in and start ordering and I'm waiting.. I may not be the final customer but times money and the customers money

$91 to feed 5 people isn't too bad to be honest. We could have went a bit cheaper had we gotten smaller sandwiches and such. As is, we had 2 meals in one sandwich for 3 of the people! The quality is nice and fresh, plus it tasted way better than a certain other sub place!

They made 10 sandwiches before getting to my online order. Ridiculous. 45 minute wait time for a cold sandwich.

Love Jersey mikes !!! However u can't place an order after 8:30pm for pick up. That's frustrating wen there open till 9. Maybe placing an order ahead a time isn't the best choice. My 3rd attempt about 30 min after my order was placed was told another 25 min for my food for sure. Waiting an additional 30 min after a placed order. Just wanted to go home n eat. This was not how I was hoping to spend my night.

The crew member helping us was not happy with serving us. He was very rude. When wrapping up our subs half of the meat and veggies came out when I said something to him he said who cares just give me the money for your order . Not going back

I love this Jersey Mike’s. Staff are fantastic, service is above par, subs were delicious,
Vegetarian options: They have 2 different vegetarian options to choose from, one being a hot sub, and one a cold sub.
Dietary restrictions: Staff are willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions and gluten free subs are available
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is super nice. Chips/or a cookie and a drink are included, but can just get the kids meal sub by itself.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking is available with a ramp up the side walk, staff will run out and help open doors or what ever may be needed!
Food is absolutely amazing worth every dollar.
