This Jimmy John’s has gone down hill and either needs new management or something, no napkins not cut in half and took 2hrs for delivery none of the ads ons were put on the sandwich. Called the place and they said we don’t have any drivers and had to use 3rd party.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The lady at the window dropped my sub during the hand-off, and instead of apologizing, she asked me to get out of my car and pick it up off the pavement like I was on a sandwich scavenger hunt.
I thought surely she’d take it back and make a fresh one. NOPE. I handed it to her and she hit me with, “Oh no, it’s wrapped,” like that somehow makes it pavement-proof. I asked, “You’re not going to make me another one?” and she just said again, “It’s wrapped,” and walked off.
I was in a hurry, but I waited at the window anyway, hoping someone would come back. No one ever did. Eventually I just had to drive off, and yep—wasted $10 on a sub I couldn’t even eat.
So if you’re craving disappointment and a sandwich with street seasoning, Jimmy John’s has you covered.

Food was fine, it's always good. When I walked in however, the girl at the front scoffed at me and rolled her eyes to ask who the food was for. I'm sorry it's 2 hours before you guys close (didn't think that was too close to 10pm), so I didn't think the scoff or the eye roll was necessary. Then she handed me the bag and walked off. I don't expect anything but I just thought she was rude from start to finish.

I ordered a combo #12, and 2 Little Johns for my kids with chips. They forgot the chips for the kids and rang in the little johns as full sandwiches and charged me individually for the chips and drink. They overcharged me by $8.28 according to what I ordered vs what I got. I did get full sandwiches rather than the little johns. I called and spoke with the manager Elizabeth. She said she could provide a $5 credit. I refused as I was overcharged by $8.28, yes I received full sandwiches rather than little johns, but it is not what I thought I was ordering.
This location is struggling. Waste of time and money.

I always frequent this jimmy johns however today I ordered a chicken caesar wrap with no mayo or dressing and they still put mayo on my wrap. I didn't realize until I got home but at that point it was too late to go back I had a bad day and was tired. I didn't even eat the wrap because I dislike mayo I am extremely dissatisfied and wasted my money on something I didn't order or want.

I do love JJ sandwiches. But this particular location is not cool. We took our 5 yo, she loves ketchup. We asked if they had any, you never know. The lady working said, we would never put that in a sandwich. And it was not friendly. Pretty darn rude she was. Like ok ok... Yea ketchup on a sandwich, not the best. But to a 5 yo, it is. So don't be a B. Your opinion does not matter. Say no, and be done. And thanking us for patronizing your establishment as we left would have been nice we were thr only ones there dining in. ?
