Shake machine was out of service and wait for food was over 15 minutes after pulling up to the pick up window. Employees were not very friendly either. I won't be stopping at this location again and I don't recommend it at all.

So dysfunctional, young teens trying to deliver and take orders. Many frustrated customers waiting to place and receive orders. Manager eating lunch with her back to the chaos.

Curbside pick up is incredibly slow. Every time we have utilized it we have waited between 15 - 45 minutes. Others are visibly frustrated waiting for their orders as well. Workers stand around talking during the lunch rush.

Definitely not considered fast food. I placed my order at 10:18 this morning. 49 minutes later they brought my food out to me. Since I was working I was in a rush to get out of there. I am not the only one who stood there for 45 minutes waiting for their breakfast to be served. There were several people standing inside that had went through the drive up their order was not complete. When I finally got my meal I got my vehicle and took off I should have looked to see what was in the bag. I purchased a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin with another one on the side. I got two McMuffins and a hash brown with my coffee. Not only were they slow I didn't get the right order. I lost $18 in wages plus the 13 plus in my order. I am not a happy camper

I can't believe I'm leaving a review for a McDonald's, but after 40 minutes of sitting in line for a mobile order, I got to the pick up window and they claimed I cancelled the order and there's nothing they can do. Ridiculous. Now to try and figure out how to get a refund on the order I definitely didn't cancel and that they definitely charged me for.

Waited 30 minutes at curbside, went inside to check on the order, and they lost it. Took another 15 minutes to get the order. 2 plain hamburgers and French fries. 1 of the hamburgers had ketchup all over the wrapper and none on the burger. The other hamburger had a black bun. There was people waiting for their orders for 45 to 60 minutes.

You would think that when going to McDonalds, a “fast-food” restaurant, the food would come out efficiently. Taking into consideration the busy MEA weekend, we understood the long line; however, when cars are leaving because the line is taking forever simply makes the establishment lose money, and food. When we drove up, they had the complete wrong order and were ready to take my card and charge me for food that wasn’t even mine. Luckily, we caught that and it took a total of 15 minutes for them to make the simple changes. Further once they finally did get our order right, it took an additional 15 minutes for them to put it together. Lastly, once we got our food, the woman said “hope everything’s in there!” We checked the bag, obviously. Surely we were missing 2 large fries and all of our sides. I will say the manager figured everything out, it’s the teenagers that are ruining everyone’s experience.

Ordered 6 Breakfast sandwiches and only got 3 of those 6 then when my boyfriend went back in he got accused of wanting "free food" and said he bagged our order himself (Jacob might not be able to count properly)so when i offered to get the bag to show him he got all smart with us and said no its okay then when we got our other 3 sandwiches they were half ways cooked and nothing was toasted so the bread was soggy this is petty behavior and i hope he can get trained working with people better and resolving problems better then that
