20 dollars a plate for noodles is getting too expensive to leave my home :(

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I ever had. My parents and I were in town for an overnight stay. My dad ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce was so skimpy and the noodles looked rubbery. Honestly I’d be embarrassed serving that in my own home. The meal for my mother and me actually never came. I asked TWICE where our meals were and all I was told was it was going to be awhile despite others coming in after us getting their food. After a twenty minute wait without any progress I asked for a refund. I asked for them to remove the tip that we placed onto the card and they said they couldn’t refund that. All we got were excuses about new cooks. Ridiculous. We will never be back.

Awful.

Half a bowl. Still hungry. 9.50 for the pad Thai after tax and you get a half bowl. They get the money and skimp on the product

Got 2 orders of new Alfredo noodles. Both were dryer than cardboard without any sauce and they were burnt along with the vegetables. Random people charging phones in restaurant with rude dasher delivery guys shouting at the staff to get their orders. That one wasn’t the staff’s fault and the guy should have been refused service and asked to leave by manager.

Asked for a clearly listed item, the employee did not know what I was referring to, when I pointed to the exact item on the menu they suddenly remembered they actually do not serve the Impossible Panko Chicken and won't anymore. Uninformed staff and they don't have plant based proteins, so eating here is a total waste of my money now when you can make Mac and Cheese as fast the underpaid teen chefs can.

I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with extra sauce… there wasn’t much broccoli & it was hard (not cooked), the noodles were way too thick so they didn’t wrap around my fork, there was just enough sauce. I also ordered the Backyard BBQ Chicken Salad which was very small for the price. They put way too many onions on it & forgot the corn, which was super disappointing. Not sure I will go back to this location.

A different fast food choice. Like the chain coffee houses, if you pay with a card it'll ask you to tip. Always thank personal service with cash.

I got less than half of a regular serving of my meal which I ordered the large size.

Standard fare so far as the food is concerned. For the money we pay these days we should be able to depend on getting fed. Perhaps reconsider this location for another....
