They moved locations, seems they let go of employees and now have inexperienced ones. They really cut down on how much they put in the burrito. Im not impressed. For the price I could have a nice Mexican dinner at a sit down restaurant.

They were getting absolutely stomped (busy) but each employee was hustling and pleasant to the customers. My food was great and even with the line backed to the door, it was quick and efficient. The young lady working the till was so nice. I didn't get her name but she wears double braids and had some tattoos on her forearms. She was doing a great job.

This Pancheros is so beautiful. Brand new store nice and clean friendly workers. Pancheros waaaaaaay better than chipotle.

Be prepared to ask them to change their gloves. On multiple different occasions we have had the person handling cash at the till keep their gloves on, then attempt to touch our food with the same gloves. Hand hygiene needs to be taught!!

I order here often. Always good but I want to call out one of the most recent times. I walked in to make a take out order and the obviously got a huge door dash order. Like 30 burritos or something. The guys that took the order were crazy stressed but made sure to take care of anyone who walked in between filling the big order so we wouldn't have to wait. They seemed to not rush through ours either. Like even though they were swamped, they paid attention making our stuff right.

I really enjoy pancheros. Today my very tasty burrito was made by an excellent worker named Tylee. She took the time to make sure my food was made right and was very friendly. Overall excellent experience 👌

This used to be a solid Pancheros but my last two experiences have been awful. Today I watched an online order get made with a tortilla that sat out so long it crunched when they rolled it up. At a 6pm dinner rush they were out of queso with no estimation for if/when they’d have more. There were no clean mixing paddles so my person used the lid of a queso container (admittedly innovative, but still off putting). My burrito was barely lukewarm after paying for it. Not willing to give this location a third chance to disappoint me.

Ice machine was down. Soda was warm and flat. Burrito was so loosely wrapped ingredients fell out on to the wrapper. Go to a different location

i could smell weed coming from the back, and overheard a worker talking about buying cocaine. extremely bad service i was disappointed.

Horrible experience all around. Whoever was working at 6 pm on 6/22/25 (girl and guy) needs to be fired. This is completely unacceptable work for a food service job- which is the easiest of all. Burrito and qesuadilla were both cut short on ingredients after asking for extra- not even getting the bare minimum, from the beginning of making the tortillas- not even fully cooked- to the end of filling the queso cup- nowhere NEAR full, there was NO effort or care put forward. I’ve had issues in the past but nowhere near like this. $30 for such poor food is ridiculous for customers and embarrassing for the company. Both people working were completely violating health code during preparation, -10/10 would recommend going there. Unless you want to be ripped off and disappointed.

I recommend this place if you're traveling like I did. Very great service and a great place to grab a bite to eat.

The atmosphere was bad because the employees locked the door before closing time so I was freezing and starving in the rain . If you want to eat here better come early !!
