Last time I was at this location I had a bad experience with customer service. Thought I would give it another try and this time the customer service was worse than the last time. Kind of sucks because I do enjoy the food at Pancheros but not worth the lack of customer service at this location.

6 employees on a shift and none have good work ethic none look happy to be helping any customers and it's messy everywhere and thier is mold all over the pop machine and in the ice they will give u raw tortillas if u don't tell them to cook it longer and then slop food on it and roll it so when u eat it it all falls out

Whoever the 2 kids are who worked Thurs afternoon Jul 18....they are such a credit to this business and teenagers in general. I hope the manager/owner appreciates both of them. Courteous helpful...just brimming with good business sense. Thanks!

My husband got a raw tortilla when he ordered a burrito. He got a new tortilla and that was not even cooked right. He could have got very ill. The food area was very dirty too. We almost left but stayed because they already started our order. We didnt want to be rude and leave.

The big guy with longer black hair was extremely rude and angry he went back to get more lettuce and was yelling and cussing about something. Made everyone uncomfortable. Somebody fire him before you go bankrupt. He needs to learn you can't act like that nobody wants to work or eat in that environment. The job isn't that serious. Chill out!!!!

Not sure what the fat black kid there is doing working in the customer service/food industry. Was very rude and disrespectful, spoke so softly that I could barely hear him and referred to me as “bro” multiple times. Hardly got my order correct and as I was watching other orders being prepared behind mine noticed that my burrito was about half of the size of theirs. Repeatedly was shaking his head at me as if I came to the wrong place to buy food. All together a bad experience and if half a star was an option I would have picked it because that would have been a compliment for the service I just paid for.
