Put an online order if at 5:30 and it said the order was going to be ready at 6. Arrived at the store at 6:12 to pick up my order. Waited in the store until 6:30 when I asked if my order was ready. The cashier said yes it is, would you like to bag up for your food? I said, yes, I would like you to bag my order up. Cashier responded to me to not be rude and said we are clearly busy so don’t be rude.
Went back and forth and a co worker stepped in and apologized. I started to leave and a different employee said something else to me and I turned around and asked “what?” And was told I was being rude again.
I am staying away until different management takes over. Oh, and my online order was made incorrectly.

I see what people mean when they say the manager is snarky and rude... She is!! Also since when do you not have to wash your hands before putting on gloves and touching food. Not to mention only one person was wearing a hat and that was the young man running the cash register... Taco shells were crusty on the edge steak was dried out and not flavorful or juicy at all didn't waste my time asking for a remake with how rude the manager was. Only redeeming thing about this whole experience was the cute avocado tattoo the manager had.

Not a great experience, there were three workers for the line and cash register yet it still took me about 20-25 minutes to get my food and pay. The woman that was working was being completely rude and snarky to people who were waiting for their mobile orders. One customer had told the worker her name for her order and the worker said “your food is not done yet, what did you expect when you came seven minutes early?” Overall, yes my food still tasted like Qdoba always tastes, but the environment that the worker created was not a welcoming one.

Terrible experience trying to order food from the manager of the Moorhead location branch. Shouts at customer, doesn't listen , zero customer skills. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
