I really like this small business restaurant located in Moorhead. The service was excellent! I ordered the Greek salad to start, and it was delicious. The bread basket had popovers & cornbread. It came with a jalapeño strawberry jam that paired so perfectly with the bread basket. I ordered a cup of the soup de jour, which was an egg drop/dumpling soup. It was an unusual combination and mediocre. The flavor had like five spices, and I believe the dumpling was made from scratch. I ordered the buttermilk chicken, which was tasty. The staff mentioned they only had 3 pieces of chicken instead of the 4 as they ran out of chicken. The establishment kindly comped that item. The other ordered the flank steak and was pleased. We ordered the chocolate cake for a sweet finish, but they ran out. We ended up ordering the churros, and it came with strawberry and chocolate sauce. They were crunchy and divine. The staff comped the dessert as well. I'd recommend this establishment for date night! Thanks for a lovely dinner and going above and beyond!

I love this restaurant. The staff, the food, the environment.. it feels like home when you walk inside. There is nowhere else in the FM area I choose to dine. They treat their customers like family and are constantly one step ahead of the game. Not only that, the food and drinks.. you can’t get this quality of an experience anywhere else. I love Rustica and their entire team and will be choosing them over and over again forever and always recommending it. They are a pillar of the community and we are lucky to be patrons. Great atmosphere, wonderful food and fantastic drinks. I would recommend the burrata and any of the pizzas. Their cocktail of the day is typically amazing. Happy hour has apps on special and drink specials.

The owner and several bartenders of this restaurant are very unprofessional. I used to be a regular customer who tipped very well. A few months ago a group of 4 of us came into the bar at 9pm and they clearly wanted to go home early — so as far as we can tell the bartenders fabricated an incident and made baseless accusations against us and then threatened to call the police. Then a few days later when I went back in the owner said she listened to the whole incident and that I was no longer welcome. But she later admitted that there was not even sound on the video and she is just sticking up for her employees — apparently even when they are wrong. They clearly do not care about keeping good customers and treating customers fairly.
EDITED TO ADD: this is not about tanking your business—you and your staff will do that on your own. We have been in twice and the first time your staff was completely “comfortable” serving us. You can accuse me of being “blurry” on the night your staff wanted us to leave, but your staff served us & if you have seen and/or heard what happened that night — to say we abused anyone or that we were in anyone’s face (when they were behind the bar and we were by the door) is ridiculous. Your response to my review is just more evidence of your poor management style. I’m glad that you feel like not appearing spineless to your staff is more important than appreciating your customers —good luck with that.

This place is an absolute must. I’ve eaten here many times and it NEVER disappoints. We have had Cody and Sawyer as a server several times now and they are so sweet and efficient. You can truly tell that the chefs whole heart goes into the menu and presentation. I went in last week just for an appetizer and dessert and they had the best cheesecake I think I’ve ever had. Anna, the owner, even makes it a point to check with every table and ensure they are having an enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to go back. This place checks all the boxes somehow whether you are there for happy hour with friends, having a date night, or enjoying a get together with family.
