What a.great little restaurant. Food is excellent. Rice bowls, tacos and chicken sandwiches. Think crispy pork belly and Korean beef. Just absolutely delicious. Great service and ready to make your order as you wish. I almost always stop here when driving through Morehead.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the food is at Sol Ave Kitchen. We ordered the Brussels Sprouts, Crispy Potatoes Bravas, and vegetable tacos. OMG, the flavors of the ingredients and sauces were magical. A far, far cry from the same old, same old. Very friendly and helpful service, too. Highlight of my day in Moorhead.

Sol Ave Kitchen is next level! The layers of flavor in every single bite are insane—you can tell the chefs are working absolute magic in that kitchen. The atmosphere is such a vibe—cool, welcoming, and full of good energy. Our waitress was a rockstar, working her butt off and still making sure every table felt taken care of.
My wife and I love coming here every time we visit the area—it’s always a highlight of our trip. Can’t wait to come back again soon. Keep doing what you’re doing, Sol Ave… it’s perfection!

In really not into this kind of food. Went there because my daughter and friends like the food. I ordered the orange with curry wings, and they were really good. I can recommend them without hesitation
Such a cute little place! 💕 But the food -- AMAZING!!!!!! 😍 The Charred Broccolini was my unexpected fave. The broccolini was beautifully roasted with a perfect char and was dressed with the most LUSCIOUS chimichurri!!!!!!! Deeply nutty but also bright and tangy with just a hint of smokiness. Perfect! Last but not least, the service was fantastic!

The atmosphere is really neat. The food menu was different, which was refreshing. The person who took our order was very knowledgeable. The food was also very good and fresh to order. Love that you can take your food next door to the brewery to enjoy a drink. Will be back again.
