Went for a Valentine’s Day treat. To try this drink and got this instead … asked for a remake they took it back and added chocolate syrup and its water consistency… no strawberry at all.. failed attempt of a remake…. Very disappointing

I went there at 10:03 AM and they said I couldn't order a dark roast after 10. I ended up just leaving because I don't like Pike's Place and the only other option was expensive espresso drinks. I can't justify paying almost $7 for a medium latte, so dark roast coffee was pretty much the only thing left on their menu I wanted to order.
It doesn't make sense that a cafe is cutting back on their coffee options. When I worked at Starbucks previously, if we didn't have a particular roast brewed, we would make a pour over for the customer, but this was not offered to me. Things have definitely changed since I worked there.

I ordered a non dairy vanilla cream cold brew with Carmel syrup. They didn't put anything in there straight coffee and ice

If I could leave 0 starts I would. Placed an online order to pick up inside. Get here and the inside is closed. They are pushing all in store pick ups to drive though. I can’t cancel the order unless they scan the app. So irregardless, I’m still stuck having to wait in the line. Would I have known I couldn’t pick up inside I would have never ordered! They should do what another fast food place does and if the inside is closed it won’t allow you to place an inside order pick up. But still allows you to order if you go through the drive through.
The reason I chose to place an inside order is because the last 2 times I have ordered a drink through the driveway at Starbucks (at two different locations) they have been out of the milk I use. No, I can’t use a different milk due to allergies. So we are stuck waiting. Officially done with Starbucks!! Waited over 30 minutes in the drive though to get my drink!!! Not worth it!!! This is for the Starbucks located at 3250 US-10 Moorhead MN

Love this shop! It always seems staffed properly. The store is clean. Employees seem to actually care about their service compared to some more well known Fargo locations. Drinks are made consistently unlike some locations where the drink tastes wildly different each time.
